"The Flyer" is a clean and bright 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen features a large granite island and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher), coffee maker, pots, pans, toaster, and more. In the living room you will find a sofa, loveseat and two chairs, 50" smart TV, and games. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed and double vanity bathroom with walk-in shower. Next to it is a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a full hall bathroom. The main floor also features a large dining room, and laundry area with a washer and dryer available for guests to use during their stay.

The second level includes 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, one with a full size bed, and the last one with 2 single beds. A full hall bathroom is available for the upstairs bathrooms.

High-speed internet is available for guests to work and relax in the house.

You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two detached garage areas in the back of the home that are locked and used for owner storage. Exclusive access is provided through a keyless smart lock.


Must sign a rental agreement upon booking and upload Government ID. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform IDs, security deposits, and rental agreements.
A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

- For the security of our guests and the property, we are unable to accept mail or package deliveries at this address for any length of stay. We recommend arranging deliveries to a nearby pickup location or local postal service.

-- This is a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly observed between 10pm and 8am.
-- Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host.
--No smoking inside the property or the enclosed patio.
--Local guests must contact the host before booking. This is to prevent parties/gatherings/events at the property.
No late check-out without prior approval (unauthorized late check-out fee of $300 will apply if guest is not checked out by 10am)
No Smoking ($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee)
