  • Dit 1000 vierkante meter grote huis werd in 2017 vernieuwd.
    Mijn vader en zijn vader woonden in nadat ze met pensioen waren gegaan in New Smyrna. Met ca. 1. 5 hectare eigendom is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid en zonnebaden.

    Het heeft een grote 75 x 10 afgeschermd in het zwembad / gedeeltelijk overdekt waar u samen met de andere huidige gasten van de 2 andere huizen op het terrein toegang toe heeft.
    Mijn plaats is 3. 5 mijl naar het strand, ongeveer 1 uur naar Disney World, Universal Studios of Kennedy Space Center. (Raketlanceringen zijn geweldig vanaf New Smyrna Beach) Ook tal van restaurants en restaurants, gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten, nachtleven en openbaar vervoer. Je zult van mijn plek houden vanwege de mensen, de buitenruimte en het licht. Mijn plek is goed voor stellen, solo-avonturiers, zakenreizigers en gezinnen (met kinderen). Breng je fietsen en rijd elke dag naar Main Street, Gym & Beach.

    Ik woon momenteel buiten de staat en heb (een lokale property manager) om eventuele problemen op te lossen.

    Het is in een rustige straat.
    Er is een Winn Dixie ongeveer 3 blokken van huis voor handige last-minute behoeften en veel winkels binnen een mijl. Postkantoor, apotheken en banken zijn slechts een paar straten verderop.

Kim is an amazing host! So accommodating and nice as can be. Best Vrbo host we’ve ever had! The place was great, the pool was extremely clean, and it seriously has everything you’d need.

The pool was exceptionally clean and warm. The house was super clean and the property manager (KIM) was really easy to contact. The house was everything as advertised. This was my first Vrbo experience and can't wait to book again.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! Very welcoming, clean and safe. Has everything one would need for extended stays, and then some. I enjoyed my stay here very much, and made some new friends as well. The owner and manager are good people and will do whatever they can to make your stay a good good experience.

Nice, quiet locations. The access to garage was the real attraction since drove my sports car and wanted a secure spot. The house was clean and sufficiently furnished.

Peaceful stay

Absolutely wonderful accommodations! The property is Well cared for, and has everything you need for long stays, and then some..The Manager Kim is amazing and does an outstanding job, she always makes herself available if you need anything. The manager and the owner are good people. And have a wonderful place here. Just book it and find out for yourself.

Perfect location to get to Daytona

Great instructions to get there and check in process was awesome. Older house so it had some smells but nothing that couldnt be overlooked. The pool was GREAT!

Beach and Universal Orlando

Older home we’ll maintained. Teens loved the pool! The ability to have both the beach and the Universal Adventure within a reasonable distance of residence was “Great”! Host was available and responsive to all requests. Would happily stay here again.

The property and location are as described and very comfortable. The owner and manager are what make this rental great. They accommodated our needs and we’re very supportive. We came away as friends.

Great weekend Getaway for me and my girls

Great peaceful experience besides motorcycle coming in at early hours in the morning unexpected. A bit sketchy with boarded up house next door. Kim was wonderful and I can’t wait to stay again

Perfect for us :)

Great location ! This place was perfect for what we needed. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a couple friends over. Kim was so nice and got an extra table and chairs for us. 8 minutes to the beach and grocery store right around the corner. If you get a chance eat at Norwoods Treehouse and Blackbeards. Kim also mentioned a French bakery but we never made it 😢. The place is low key and very comfortable.

New Smyrna

We came down for the Daytona 500. It was the perfect place for 4 of us. The only minor complaint is it either needs an outlet in the small bathroom or a mirror in the second bedroom. Like I said…minor. Other than that it was great! Kim was very nice and responded quickly to any questions.

One week in New Smyrna

Came from Indiana for girls week and grandsons wedding. The house is a bit dated but nothing bad. Disappointed the solar was damaged by hurricane so pool was not heated. Kim, manager, was very friendly and helpful. Would probably rent again

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful rental beautifully decorated amazing pool. Wonderful caretaker absolutely perfect. Kim was amazing very attentive very helpful with local attractions. This is the second time. I’ve stayed on this property and my family and I will be back time and time again the pool is amazing. The house is beautiful it is so spacious. We stayed with five people and had a blast, I will continue to go to this property. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is so spacious with the separate laundry as well. We only had to pack for a couple of days. The shopping is great in this area, so are the nature tours and the beach you’re so close, but yet out of the hubbub , I recommend this property to single families as well as anyone else. Looking to stay in the new Smyrna area.

Upon arrival I was extremely disappointed in the overall appearance of this unit . In font of the house that appears to be poorly added on top was an older camper within feet from our door along beside an old outbuilding in a not so nice neighborhood. I never even went inside I was so disappointed with the exterior and surroundings. I found a beach front condo larger than this unit through a local vacation rental agency that was the same price as this unit. The owner was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee and non usage of power.

Home away from home

This is our second year staying here. Highly recommended location. Close to the beach and also close to the stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean, quiet location and comfortable.
