'We loved the location and the house in general. The only negative was some of the stale air and salt from the ocean, but what do you expect? We got used to it and it was fine. We definitely liked the close proximity to the ocean, which allowed for beach time at a moment’s notice. The outside decks were great and provided a nice cool ocean breeze. We are very happy with our rental and would do it again if we come back. '

'The home and property were exactly as described. The layout of the bedrooms were perfect for our family of eight adults and five children. There was plenty of seating for both dining and lounging. The kitchen was well equipped. The additional refrigerator in the garage and an assortment of beach chairs, bougie boards, and toys were an added plus. We loved being able to walk directly from the house to the beach. The beach and neighborhood were quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants. '

'It is a beautiful place. This is our second stay. It’s a beautiful home, a great neighborhood and a very relaxing stay. Lots to do and wonderful restaurants nearby. The whole family enjoyed it. David is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend! '

'Enjoyed our stay. Having your own pool with beach access is great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented the golf cart and would definitely recommend it. '

'Home is lovely. Great amenities and decor. I tend to avoid pet friendly homes as dog hair on furniture and a doggie odor is usually present. This home is immaculate. You would never know a pet had ever been there. Location is near shopping. Only downside was it is on a busy highway. However we never heard traffic inside or back by the pool/patio. '

'Eveything was as advertised. The beach was right actross the street...easy access. Plenty of beach equipment was provided - chairs, boards, towels, bikes, etc. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Lots of space. We planned on 6 adults, but only ended up with 4. Plenty of real beds and we would have had room for the extra 2 adults. Easy to communicate with the owner. Since there was no one chexking in on our last day, she let us stay past the check out...
