'Communication was fabulous with our host, even on Christmas Day! The facility is clean and well supplied, as well as there was plenty of room for two adults and one preteen for the two overnights we were in town. It never hurts that we were staying right on the beach! I know we will consider staying here again when visiting family in Daytona! '

'Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. Although the pool was not full after they retiled it it did look nice and was full by the time we checked out. Didnt see if they had the hot tub up and going yet. There is...

'Great location on the beach. The unit was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Eddy was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.'
