'horrible stay - freezer froze all foods, no closet space as it was locked. very poor communication. had to figure out my parking and had to log on to the computer in lobby by self. Called Owner night arrived - no call back whole stay. hot tub had stones in - and was advised it was up to par when asked. never stay here again. beach was great, but that had nothing to do with the place. very misleading from pictures. don't trust this lady. 'We were lucky to find this property on such short notice. Room was clean, resident staff very helpful, and communication with host was prompt. The interior decor was very good. Just a few minor details that did not affect the stay that we let the host know about. Would book there again. '

'Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. 'The building looks like it should be condemned. When I arrived I thought the property was closed it was in such bad shape. There’s no way I would ever take children of any age to this property. They have a security guard park his car and stand at the front entrance in the evening. Definitely the worst place I’ve stayed as an adult.'

'Nice location. Partial view of the ocean. Can walk out of the room and right to the pool and ocean. Has tiki bar but it's only open Thurs-Sun for a couple hours in the evening. May want to bring own shampoo/conditioner. Also only had 4 towels for 2 people for 5 days. Very roomy though with a couch. We'd stay again.'
