Welcome to Daytona Beach Shores Sunglow Resort and iconic pier! The vast Atlantic Ocean is literally right on your balcony when you stay at the Sunglow Resort, Unit #701 in Daytona Beach Shores. The private balcony has access via the glass slider doors from its living room provides picturesque ocean-front views! Wake up early to a magical sunrise while relishing in this wonderful TRUE beach-front property! This condo is a delight inside and out and is the perfect vacation destination at the shore!

This modern, comfortable 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit sleeps 4 people. Its fully equipped kitchen & living room combo features all the essentials you need to make home cooked meals and to comfortably house a small family or group of friends. A full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, utensils, etc. are provided to save on eating out expenses. The kitchen & living room combo shares a 40 inch TV with cable and free WiFi. The living room features a dining table that sits 4, a Queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors with access to its private balcony. The living / dining / kitchen space are all open making it easy to enjoy each others company and the view of Florida's coastline.

Master bedroom features a cozy, Queen size bed, a night stand and lamp on each side of the bed, long dresser w/ mirror, a small TV, a closet and private access to the bathroom which has an additional entry/exit from the hallway. Bathroom features vanity, and shower/tub combo.

Resort includes free WiFi, heated swimming pool, sun deck with restrooms and showers overlooking the beach with quick and easy access to the Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe's Deck and Grill.

The Sunglow Fishing Pier has been around since 1960 and is a great place to fish and spend quality time with friends and family. Pier anglers are known to catch a wide variety of fish on the Sunglow Pier such as Whiting, Kings, Pompanos, Flounder, Trout, Spanish Mackeral, Sheep’s Head, Blues, Sail Cat, Tarpon and different kinds of shark species!

Fish Often Caught & Seen include Spots, Whiting, Kings, Pompano, Flounder, Trout, Spanish Mackeral, Sheep's Head, Blues, Shark, Sailcat, Tarpon.
