Spend your days unwinding in the oceanfront pool, surrounded by an expansive deck featuring multiple pergolas—perfect for shaded lounging, sunset cocktails, or al fresco dining with the sound of the waves in the background. Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and inviting, furnished with a plush leather sectional that creates the ideal setting to relax after a sun-soaked day. The elegant dining area comfortably accommodates your entire group, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to make cooking effortless.

With ample parking (5-7 cars) on the extended driveway, there is room for everyone staying at the home to drive on down.
The front of the home offers board games for you to enjoy if the weather calls for some indoor fun!
The garage may be used if there is space, and you will find the full sized washer and dryer there for your use. You may also find some other goodies in the garage you may use during your stay. We just ask that you please return the items to where you found them.

This home offers spacious and thoughtfully designed accommodations for families and groups:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Full bed with private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with private ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds and one full bed
Bedroom 5: Two twin bunk beds
A full bathroom is conveniently located near Bedrooms 4 and 5.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The home next door is vacant and owned by the same owner.
- The pool is for your private use during your stay for you and your guests - a safety security gate is up automatically for any guests that have children under 13 years old
- A mandatory rental agreement and registration will need to be completed

- Maximum occupancy applies to all guests, including adults and children

House parties are not permitted, and any guests not included in the reservation must be pre-approved by the host.
Pool heating (up to 85°F Max) is available for $350 per stay from March 15 – November 1 and for $500 November 2 - March 14
