'Great staff made sure I feel welcome on my arrival. First my booking was not to be found on their system and they went above and beyound finding it even stayed a few mins after 10pm. Desk is not attended after 10pm. Room quite big and very clean and bed very cosy. '

The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. 'Beautiful modern property inside the old town. Extremely comfortable stay. Staff are fantastic, breakfast was good, the breakfast area is small though so you have to decide your slot in advance - the early slot can get booked out so message them ahead of time if you need an early one (the day we arrived the next day’s early was already booked up for example). For me the bed and pillows were too soft but that’s just personal preference. Really liked the hotel, would happily stay again. '
