'Room was great, pool and hottub were very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue with this stay. Was not holiday inns fault. This room was listed as a room with a private hot tub. I talked to the staff at the hotel. They havent had hot tubs in the rooms in about 4 years. Expedia keeps listing it as a private hotel tub.'

'Bad experience with me and my family, we were asking for pillows because the cabin was with no pillows, and then we called and nobody from the staff came to give us pillows, and then the main bed was infested of big ants, my mom was frustrated she can’t even sleep, to be honest I want a refound.'
