Communications before and during the stay were prompt and accurate. They were always there to provide any assistance we required. The place was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The instruction email for the entry to the building was clearly put so there was no confusion even though it was our first time staying there. The amenities within the resort were superb. In order to better enjoy the area, we really recommend renting a vehicle. You can either rent a car or a bike to move around as there is no public transportation. :)
