Het personeel van manager tot kamermeisjes waren zeer vriendelijk. De servicedeskmedewerkster voorzag ons van veel nuttige informatie en het hotel biedt zelfs een gratis shuttle naar en van het treinstation, vanwaar je binnen 40 minuten , filevrij, in centrum Boston staat.'

The wife and I a few times a year need a little us time and we love the fact that we can walk to some great restaurants, enjoy some night life either at foxboro or the casino or take a short trip to the water fires in providence. 'This is one of the best hotels to stay in Mass. I go here every time I am going to a concert, or staying for a weekend. The cleanliness is on point, what is offered here is amazing for the price! Check in and out is quick, and really great. There is a place to eat next door, open late, snacks in the lobby, great outdoor area, its has everything but free breakfast; but me personally I would much rather have somewhere clean to stay than a free breakfast!'

'Zeer duur voor maar een matige accommodatie. Ontbijt was zeer basic. We hebben er 4 x overnacht. Eén ontbijt zonder borden. De kartonnen borden waren opgebruikt, enkel kartonnen kommetjes op het buffet. Bij navraag werd ons gemeld dat ze door hun volledige voorraad waren, dus ook geen stock in het hotel.
