'Long wait at check in. Airco downstairs, but room hot and no airco. Check out time 11.00. But at 10.30 they said we had 10 minutes. Airco unit of downstairs next to room window…. Unbelievable. A lot of noise. Awfull service of front desk. Mostly not occupied and you have to call an outside number with your cell. Best hotel of Colchester. What a Joke. '

'A lovely stay, beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after.We had a spa day and stay booked to celebrate a Birthday and the cream tea was delicious. '
