'The Marlborough is a pub with tasty food and about five rooms for overnight stays. The staff is outstanding and does everything possible to be helpful. It is on a central street of a very small town, so it can be a bit noisy during the day and early evening, but is quiet at night. The rooms have nice versions of all the basics, including a good bed and excellent shower. There are few extra amenities beyond the room and pub, although the breakfast was very good. 'Visually the place makes a very good impact. Dinner, the food was excellent as were the staff. Breakfast … we’d booked it at check in. We turned up to breakfast and there was nothing booked , the service at breakfast was okay , we did have to case up something. But overall we had a very good stay and would return.'
