'Just a nice place to stay, no real issues other than the thermostats were difficult to figure out, the kitchen roof leaks a little water when you shower upstairs, and the fridge shakes the house when the compressor turns off. Home owner was kind enough to mail me my souvenirs I souvenirs left, and everything was neat and tidy.'

'We really enjoyed staying here with our family on a trip to see Mount Desert Island (MDI) and Acadia. This was our kids first time being to MDI and having this house was perfect. The yard was great so they could run around and play on the swing set. Also, the kitchen was very well equipped so we were able to make multiple meals (you bring your own groceries) without having to go out. This makes it much more pleasant when traveling with kids. 'We spent one week in Camden at a cottage less than one mile from the center of the village. We loved the town and loved the cottage. The cottage was very clean, very well decorated, very thoughtfully equipped, the kitchen new and the bed comfortable. Try it. You will love it.'

'We had a wonderful stay here for our first visit to Maine! The Northeast Harbor quiet side of the island was better than I imagined! The property was super clean, which I appreciated. it was a 20min drive to Acadia. Before hiking, we had breakfast downstairs at the Colonel’s Restaurant & Bakery which was delicious! The place has a Keurig coffee maker which was nice, so we picked up some K cups in Bar Harbor. The Nor’Easter Restaurant was less than a 5min walk and we had a delicious dinner!!...

'We recently returned to Indiana after a 6 night stay. We are a family of 4 (two boys, 8 & 10) plus a set of grandparents. The cottage is a few years old and it’s been very well maintained. I was impressed by how clean the cottage was when we arrived. We ate breakfast and a few dinners at the cottage, and we found the kitchen to have everything we needed. We made a stop at Walmart in Ellsworth prior to making the trip across the bridge to Mount Desert Island, but we were thankful for the nearby...

'Overall, it was a nice place to relax at, especially after being out all day. I enjoyed the views from the deck and also walking to the pier for a closer look of the boats and sunsets. Everyone was able to spread out and still have room. The table was large & great for gaming & eating. There are good places to eat nearby, especially the one about 2 houses down.
