'Clean, spacious and amazing check in process with Nelly!'

'We did a very late check-in around 00:30am but this was no problem. Quickly received our room keys. Room is clean and spacious. Great bed. The breakfast area is a little small and took some time to wait and get a place to sit. The breakfast offerings are great with plenty choices. Did walk and sit by the pool briefly but didn’t take a swim. All looked well maintained. '

'Redelijk verouderde badkamer. Geen inloopdouche maar een bad met gordijn. Zwembad groot en net maar zonder animatie of gezelligheid. Al bij al zeer statig en indrukwekkend gebouw maar mist sfeer. Gratis parking. Ontbijtrestaurants op 5 min rijden. '

'Staff and the rooms and the smell of the hotel. So nice'

'Zeer nette en ruime accomodatie. De studio was netjes onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamer was ruim, een nette keuken en grote badkamer met goede douche. Het zwembad is op de 8e verdieping. Hier zijn handdoeken en boldoende bedjes en parasols beschikbaar. De gym is ook goed, verschillende cardio en fitness toestellen beschikbaar. Daarbij ook een sauna. De ligging is geweldig! Midden in Coconut Grove, bij de haven en veel winkels en restaurants. Miami Beach is slechts 15 min...

'Nice hotel, with great rooms. Clean and tidy. Good price and this includes breakfast. Near some good restaurants where you can walk. Biggest negative is the staff which wasn't helpfull, didn't know anything about long distance call prices of what to do with a hurricane/tornado and the location of our room next to the exit of the cleaning. This went on all day. Furthermore for an hotel that's 2-3 years old, horrible showerheads. '

'Nice room with comfortable beds and a decent shower. Also nice and quit. Breakfast is fine with scrambled eggs and bacon. Also plenty to drink. However the hotel is not environment friendly. They use plastic knives, forks and spoons. Cardboard plates and cups. Joghurt in plastic cups, Cupcakes wrapped in plastic. So a lot of waste!!'
