'CLEAN ROOM FRIENDLY STAFF'

'We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority...

'The breakfast was great the AC worked perfect especially when it as 93 outside. The only that upset me is that 2 rings were taken from my room. One ring meant alot to me because my late husband gave me that ring. All they could tell me is that they didn't take it. But who will admit that they took it. I tripled checked, and I know where I put it.'

'comfortable, convenient for our needs. We used the on-site laundry and unfortunately the washing machine destroyed one article of clothing; we suggest you don't use it.'

'We reserved a king suite and it was definitely not a suite. It essentially had 1 more door which actualy made it feel smaller. The bathroom slide door has a lock with a 6in metal bar that sticks out both sides. Totaly unnecessary. The facility, staff, elevators and area are excellent. But the room itself was not worth the money pd'
