'We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. 'I STAY HERE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO WHERE MY MEETINGS ARE. GYM AND POOL IS NICE TO RELAX AFTER A LONG DAY.'

'The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards.'

'Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

'The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was more than we had expexted. Way more than just cereal and pastries. The biscuits and gravy and warm cinnamon rolls were delicious. They did have construction but it didn't impact our stay at all.'

'This hotel has obvious long-term guests who are camping in the rooms with their doors open. The hotel management thought it would be a great idea to let us stay in a room directly next to one of those guest rooms which had at least 4 people inside being loud while drinking alcohol mid-day. They even attempted to open the door between ours rooms through the connection - after visibly seeing us outside and knowing it was occupied. We left to book another hotel before it got dark since we expect it...
