'A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again.'

'The place was as advertised and more. They had everything needed for a relaxing and quiet stay. They have managed to incorporate multiple activities in one place. The outside jacuzzi, the fire pit area, the hammock area, the picnic table area, the back porch with grill area and the inside TV area with movies. We loved our stay. We recommend to all.'

'This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it.'

'Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. '

'This house was perfect for our needs. We’re a family of 5 and one of our sons was playing at All Star Village. The house was super close, clean and had a yard where kids could play. We would definitely stay here again if our younger sons return with their teams at 12.'

'one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.'

All logistics/ practicalities on point... communications gracious, the location is perfect, this cozy cabins minimalistic 70s charm is highlighted by having all windows & decks so you feel connected to outside even inside!! Perfect & charming... We celebrated the Solar Eclipse here and can't wait to come back before the next one, lol!!!'

'Wonderful very large home in the mountains. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday here with plenty of room for cooking and lounging. Able to bring our dog too which was an added plus. Small village nearby with cute shops for Saturday shopping and grocery store within 5 miles. House has everything you need.'
