'Average motel room, clean but old and small. Staff very friendly and always available to help but housekeeping is on demand only. We stayed for a week and have to go to front desk to ask for housekeeping to obtain clean towels and sundries every third day when we see nobody coming to make room. 'Seems like it would be a nice enough place to stay with the family for a vacation getaway right on a lake. However, we were traveling across I-80 and just needed a place to stay overnight. This was a ways off the highway, so it required some extra driving to get there. The room was okay. It's an old motel that has been renovated but still seems a little tired.'

'Loved staying here: the only issue I had was they did not discuss the amount of the security deposit while checking in and automatically charged my card an extra $200. I feel communication on their end should have been better with that. The room was very nice but once we turned the AC on in the bedroom a bunch of black stuff shot out all over the bed. Def did not enjoy that. Maybe it just needed a good cleaning prior to use.'

'A good way to start is it is not the Rich Carlton but then again you’re not paying for it either. It is clean. It is bug and critter free. If you’re just looking for an overnight, you really can’t beat this deal. The family is also friendly if there is any complaint at all, it is the road out front is a little noisy so keep that in mind but a great one nighter.'
