'very easy to get to, just off the highway. In a nice area along the river with an adjacent pathway for bike riding or jogging. Also surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a nice view of the river. Plenty of free parking in the parking lot. It is adjacent to a seafood restaurant.'

'The property was along the riverfront as well as near many restaurants. Very clean and very relaxing. However, there was a parking charge per day of close to $12. That either should be included in the charge of the room or one overall charge.'

'Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was...

'Clean beds and room. Area and environs seemed fairly quiet/safe. Somewhat dated bathroom but acceptable. Decent morning breakfast serving oatmeal, cereal, pastries, yogurt, bagels, fruit. AC unit was fine, but room tended to be a bit humid. Friendly attentive staff - front desk, housekeping, especially the breakfast attendant who were very helpful and eager to do a good job. Would definitely stay here again.'
