'Great location right on the water.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, as was the spur of the moment bike ride on the riverfront with the complimentary bike from the lobby. The DE Children's Museum was across the parking lot and fantastic! I would definitely stay there again. '

'We liked the HVAC for the room was easy to use. Choice of window blinds for sleeping. Room furniture was comfortable. Only problem was tv placement, tv should either be in the bedroom or in the living room, the way it is laid out was not comfortable to watch from either location.'

'The property was along the riverfront as well as near many restaurants. Very clean and very relaxing. However, there was a parking charge per day of close to $12. That either should be included in the charge of the room or one overall charge.'

'Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was...

'We have an annual bowling tournament a few minutes down the road. This place, not only is incredibly comfortable, but it is also amazingly staffed. I only wish I knew the make of the mattress. I don’t get that great a night sleep in my own bed.'

'Happily surprised a newer build hotel ( and not one built for weddings and events) having a restaurant and conference rooms.
Real food is always a plus since sometimes you don’t want the hassle of going out.
Entire hotel is super clean, quiet and comfortable. Love the decor and the way the rooms are set up. HUGE shower. Very very clean. I travel a lot, in a hotel at least 2-4 nights a month, and stayed at every price point…very impressed with this property. '
