'The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. '

'The “clean” towels still had stains on them. The light switch in the bathroom was missing, there was a hole in the wall where it was supposed to be and there were exposed wires that were capped. Our child somehow turned on the light but we did not turn it off because we were afraid of being electrocuted.
