'Basic place. Also a permanent rental property - weird mix of people. Close to the university. Walking distance to a lot of places. Free coffee and tea available. Breakfast on weekends (we weren’t there to partake). Valet is a bit pricey, but better than roaming around looking for street parking. 24 hour desk service.'
