Lush! Saltwater Pool - Cls to Beach! ZOMER SPECIALS

Dit idyllische en vredige huis is omgeven door weelderig tropisch landschap. Het blauwe lagune-achtige zwembad is een heerlijke plek om een luie middag door te brengen in de schaduw van de vele palmbomen en het groene gebladerte. Binnen zijn de ruimtes ruim, open en luchtig. De woonkamer kijkt uit naar een groene tropische tuin met een mooie fontein om 's ochtends koffie te drinken. De familiekamer heeft een comfortabele bank en een zachte fauteuil om kabeltelevisie of een film te kijken op Netflix en is ook omringd door grote ramen die het buitenleven naar binnen brengen.

In de volledig uitgeruste keuken kunt u met uw gezin genieten van een diner met prachtige, huisgemaakte maaltijden. Dineren binnen en kijken uit op de tuinen, of neem uw maaltijd buiten en eten in de buitenoase met uitzicht op het prive-zwembad en weelderige tuinen.

De grote slaapkamer met ensuite badkamer biedt een zeer comfortabel kingsize bed en dubbele glazen deuren die leiden naar de tuin aan de achterkant van de tuin en het zwembad. Een tweede grote slaapkamer met openslaande deuren naar de tropische voortuin met een mooie fontein biedt ook een luxe kingsize bed om van te genieten. Twee aparte bedden met eigen badkamer bevinden zich in een lichte en luchtige kamer met veel ramen die het licht en de schoonheid van het buitenleven en hoge plafonds met prachtige houten balken laten zien. Een vierde slaapkamer heeft ook mooie houten balken, veel kastruimte en een zeer comfortabel queensize bed.

De weelderige en eigen achtertuin is compleet met vuurplaats, privézwembad en buiten dineren. Het met zoutwater door zonne-energie verwarmde zwembad wordt omringd door een prachtig, volwassen landschap en creëert een privéhaven om van te genieten.
Vanuit het huis bent u een korte wandeling naar het strand en in de buurt van alle happenings op Atlantic Avenue.

Tv's bevinden zich in zowel King slaapkamers als de woonkamer. Kabel en Netflix meegeleverd.

Amazing time with family

Excellent location close to everything. Place is a bit tired.

Overall it’s located in a great location close to everything. The house is dated and the pool is not really inviting like in the photo we didn’t use it. . The yard is very buggy due to the “tropical look” of the property. The house was clean but full of salamanders. Property manager was nice and responsive.

Tropical Paradise!

I was here to shoot a TV show for Outdoor Channel. I’ve been to Florida many times for work and this is, by far, the coolest property we've rented. Very quiet, surrounded by giant greenery, pool and everthing as-described on the VRBO site. We'll be back!

Beautiful and Comfortable Oasis

My family and I stayed here for a week. We had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and very private. We travelled with my kids along with the grandparents and everybody had a bedroom with its own bathroom in their own “wing” of the house. Nobody heard the baby cry at night because all the bedrooms are so separated. The pool is a tropical oasis. There is a lot of foliage and it’s gorgeous. However, there are a lot of bugs as a result. Bring bug spray. The beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. The house itself is a little dated from a decor perspective but it adds to the charm. Would definitely stay again. Also, we forgot something and Yvonne, the property manager, mailed it back for me. She went above and beyond.

Loved our stay -- perfect for our family of 5 adults

I affirmatively liked what others have termed the "somewhat dated" feel of the place. Everything was in good working order, and very comfortable. And it's not so standardly modern that it is stripped of character. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the grill and enjoyed making meals there. Would've loved the pool water to be cooler --but there's nothing hosts can do about the Florida heat! I can't think of anything to change. Thank you!

Best house for our trip

We originally had a trip set up in Fort Meyers for my 50th, but due to Hurricane Ian, the area was blown away and this was plan B. The house turned out Perfect! Each person had their own room, and the Beds were all so comfortable, the pool area was an oasis, and it rained, so we also had a great sitting area inside that was perfect for us women to sit and chat chat chat! It was close to downtown Delray. It was the perfect House for my 50th ! Thank you for the memories!!!!

An incredible sanctuary....

Unlike many travelers who are seeking a vacation spot, our two families were seeking a spot to evacuate from an incoming hurricane on the west coast of Florida where we live. Anyone who has experienced that knows the stress and urgency that accompanies that decision, and our hosts could not have been more understanding and accommodating. The property is exactly as it is displayed on the site, and was incredibly comfortable for the entire time we were there. I recommend this home for anyone looking to have a peaceful and spacious space to enjoy a vacation, and rest assured the management company and owner will ensure your visit is extraordinary. I feel blessed to have found this house last minute to give my family a space of tranquility, and I will forever be grateful for the kindness and attention we received from the management company.

Paradise!

We travel to the area often and Mariposa was definitely our favorite property thus far. The house was spacious and comfortable and the backyard resembles a tropical paradise. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed eating out on nearby Atlantic Avenue as well as grilling in the beautiful backyard. Everyone in our family agrees that we would love to return and stay again!

Sisters trip!

This property was perfect for our annual sisters' trip to Florida! The house is spacious and comfortable, and the outside is a tropical paradise. The back yard is filled with lush tropical plants and a sparkling pool, with lots of seating for everyone. I highly recommend this place, we will be back.

Amazing girls' getaway!!

Fabulous house for our fall getaway! Loved having 4 separate bedrooms for each of us - privacy but lots of large common areas to gather for fun! Awesome pool and close walk to the beach (~3/4 mile) to enjoy both options! No issues whatsoever and highly recommend - will definitely be back!

This home exceeded our expectations. My husband and 3 kids 23, 20 and 17 absolutely loved our stay. The home was very clean upon arrival. It is walking distance to town and the beach. We enjoyed the pool, nightly BBQs and the beautiful neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family adored the house! It was perfect for a long weekend. We were able to enjoy the pool and nearby beach. Downtown Delray is perfect for strolling with great dining options. WONDERFUL

A perfect destination. The place was wonderful and location perfect - A quick 5min drive to the beach and 5min drive to the main drag. We walked to the beach too, very easy! The space was clean and open. The backyard is an absolute paradise. Beautiful pool and lovely table to hang. The rental also has some beach accessories available for use! Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed sitting around the fire by the pool!

They were very accommodating. Our stroller tire went flat and they were able to bring us a tire pump that same day. This place is like an oasis. The backyard and front yards are like a jungle. All the beds are very comfortable! On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed sitting around the fire by the pool. We used the whole house and it was very user friendly!
