Equally close to grocery and local stores, this house is amazingly located. Not to mention well known Atlantic Avenue, with its world-class dining and boutique shops, you can access in no time all the best that Delray Beach has to offer!

Beautifully remodeled, this house has a large, fully-fenced, private backyard and a heated saltwater pool, complete with a swim-up bar. Perfect for you to enjoy your favorite beverage without ever having to get out of the water! Very well landscaped and outfitted, the amazing yard and its large patio offer lounge seating as well as a dining area, both with oversized umbrellas, to enjoy the outdoors even in the midday sun.

Bright and airy, the living room is comfortably furnished with two cozy sofas (including one with a queen-size fold-out bed), a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. It’s the ideal place to watch television, read a book, or simply take it easy after a day filled with activities.

The vast and modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the accessories you need. You will have plenty of space to cook a good homemade meal!

The dining area, with a dining table for up to 6 people, and L-shaped lounge sofa, is perfect to spend quality time with family & friends. With its two ceiling fans, huge glass door & multiple windows offering a view of the stunning backyard, this space provides a breezy feeling of being outdoors.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and a desk for office duties. The second bedroom has two XL-size twin beds, a Smart TV, and a beautiful view of the yard. Both rooms have ceiling fans and luxurious linens for your absolute comfort.

The bathroom is equipped with a good size combination tub/shower.

KITCHEN AND DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a Keurig machine, and a toaster. All cutlery, tableware as well as basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM.
