'My husband, mother in law and two young daughters stayed here as a home base for a multi-day wedding event for a family member and it was perfect.We were in need of bedding for the pull out bed and our host promptly brought it down, and was friendly and welcoming during every exchange.The laundry machines had supplies and there were ample towels, pillows and even some popcorn and other snacks in the cupboard. '

'Pool was not fully clean on arrival. It is an outside pool and does not have a cover so there were tree pieces, large spiders, bugs and hornets in he pool. Thankfully my youngest child wasnt too bothered by it and removed the bugs before each use. The pool was cleaned on the 5th day we were there. The rooms were very clean. The separate bedroom is not air conditioned and gets hot at night. The 2 spaces together do not sleep 6 comfortably. The couches in the living room are different than in the...

'The stay was amazing. Beautiful, clean, great location. If I can offer one suggestion,... A different shower head would be nice. Kind of awkward to stay under the shower head without hugging the wall.'

'My family rented this unit for a special weekend and were unable to make it due to illness. The host was very gracious when I asked for an alternate date that wouldn’t affect his rental potential. He gave us an alternate date , and although it did not fit into our plans in the end, he was willing to at least try to accommodate. It was appreciated. '

'The studio apartment is good for a one night's stay for 1 person maybe 2 people. The unit is a bit tight. My biggest complaint if you would say is the stairs. The concrete stairs getting to the unit are incredibly steep so getting luggage down them was nerve wracking. I don't remember any non-slip pads on the steps but there is a railing.Finding the house was a bit challenging. I would recommend the host having a picture of the actual house as I struggled to find the place I was to be. I arrived...

'I loved being there. There were a few minor things I didn’t bother to complain. The seal is gone on the bathroom tub so the water was not staying full for a bath. The AC in the bedroom was taken out the day we got there so we had to leave the bedroom door open to keep it a comfortable temp in the room.'
