'Excellent service and great room. Just remember to check your bill upon checkout especially if you have all inclusive as it added alot of things that were already included in our package and had to be manually removed by guest services team.'

'The staff were all so friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The rooms were great. The pool was lovely and cool that there’s an adults only pool to enjoy while the kids were having fun in kids club. Buffet breakfast had so many options. Will definitely be back! '

'Another great stay at the Sofitel, now our third. The staff are amazing, and the service is excellent. The housekeeping was not as good as previous stays, with our room not being cleaned until very late in the day on many days, and on another day, towels were not replaced when taken, etc. However, it did not impact our overall stay. '

'We liked the family atmosphere of the staff and the property was so lovely and well looked after. Swimming complex was so enjoyable. Unit was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Dining was always enjoyable. A lovely hassel free holiday'
