The best asset this hotel has is the staff who are extremely friendly & for whom nothing is too much trouble. There's a kid's club & various adult activities that occur every day. The hop on hop off 'Bula bus' ($12/adult/day, although you can buy a multi day ticket as well) runs every few mins between the Sheraton & other resort hotels & Port Denarau in Denerau Is. 'We had an incredible stay at the Sofitel. We had a family room which was clean and quiet and had a view of the ocean. Staff were lovely and so helpful, always very friendly. Pool and amenities were also perfect, the pool was so clean and so many empty chairs to choose from. We had a small issue with our air conditioner breaking one night and they moved us to a new room immediately, they made everything so easy. Highly recommend, perfect for families. '
