'Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.'

'Fantastic staff, very cheerful and helpful. Clean rooms and the entire resort, fabulous ocean front all around the resort. However, there systems have issues linking to each other, I had an issue linking my all inclusive package to the front desk and the different restaurants, causing embarrassing questioning by staff with every meal! This was sorted out after a couple of days when I escalated to the front desk manager.'

'The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. I had such a great and relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking at Fiji to look here. The property could use a little TLC but I think that’s...
