'Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. '

'Nette kleine Wohnung, alt, aber mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr steile Treppen (nix für Leute mit unsicherem Gang!!) und recht hellhörig. Aber sonst gut gelegen und für die mögliche Zahl der Bewohner recht günstig.'

'Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Straßenbahn, somit optimal für Ausflüge ohne das Auto. Es war alles da was man braucht, die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.'

'De ontvangst was bijzonder. Vriendelijke "sleutelvrouw", die ook voor een gezellig en lekker welkomstpakket had gezorgd. De inrichting is zeer compleet, zelfs waxinelichtjes, bakpapier voor in de oven, handzeep en andere schoonmaakmiddelen. Achter het huis is een gezellig overdekt terrasje met vrij en ver uitzicht. 'Het is even klimmen, maar dan heb je ook wat! Een leuk appartement op de zolderverdieping, van alle gemakken voorzien. Aardige en behulpzame gastheer bovendien. We hadden het er zeer naar de zin!'

'It was a really nice stay at Kitty’s cottage. It is great if you need some quiet time in the nature, but also if you want to visit around (Ghent is 20km away and Anvers 30km). The place had everything we needed and Kitty was always there to help, while valuing our privacy. The amazing pets and animals on the property made our stay even better. Thank you again!'

'Leuke week gehad in het huis dat erg smaakvol en sfeervol was ingericht. Het Inchecken met sleutel kluisje ging prima. Het is er zeer rustig ideaal om vooral met elkaar te zijn. In het dorpje zelf zijn nog twee leuke restaurants.'

'Place was advertised as a whole house with 2 double beds, in the end it was only 1 room with one double bed, a shared livingroom/kitchen and bathroom. But the owners were understanding and gave us a different room as we couldn't sleep in the Same bed. It was clean and the location wasn't loud at all. Stairs were a bit small, but doable. 'Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil.'

'The photos show the accuracy of the home with the exception of the NARROW staircases. Anyone with a mobility issue will not be able to stay in this home without issues. We had multiple heavy large suitcases and rather than unpack and attempt to climb MULTIPLE levels of staircases multiple times for arrival and departure, we decided to lose our money on this rental and we got hotel rooms at the Hyllit instead. 'We hebben op de eerste avond 3 uur zonder elektra gezeten. Niemand was eerst te bereiken. De Host niet, en ook de helpdesk van VRBO hielp ons niet verder. Uiteindelijk moest de onderbuurman komen om een de switch in zijn garage weer om te zetten. 'Ontzettend leuk verblijf gehad. Alles zag er zeer goed uit, parkeergarage tegenover het hotel en op loopafstand van het centrum met veel winkels en eetgelegenheden.'
