'Our host Marianne made our stay very relaxing. She is very accommodating and very responsive. We like to hike with our dog. The property is located near several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Our pup loved it. The cabin was also comfortable enough for us to leave him behind for a short time while we went out for some shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone with a pup who enjoys the outdoors but also likes quiet at night. '

'We really enjoyed staying at this little cottage. We have been coming to the Jackson area for years, and it was great to find this place that had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Memorial Hospital which we ended up having to visit while we were there. I have never met such nice people at a hospital. Linda was a great host who went over and above what we expected. We will be back again!'

'The chalet is nicely done. Two bedrooms downstairs, livingroom and kitchen upstairs. We loved staying here. The location is pefect for a visit to the White Mountains. Not 5 stars because of two things: we missed a picnicset or diningtable outside, and the bathroom is pretty small.'

Biggest complaint, I reached out by text to 2 different numbers but never got a response. They weren't big issues, but still. 'We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. 'This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. Overall our visit was great and we would absolutely return to this home again!'

'This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.'
