Het Hotel is prima maar ligt aan een drukke weg ver buiten het leuke centrum van Kuta.

Prettig verblijf,net hotel.prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.let wel op in zoekmachines geeft het aan dat dit hotel in sanur ligt,dat is absoluut niet.het ligt tegen kuta aan,dit stukje heet nog denpasar.maar drukte hectiek,houd daar rekening mee!!!

Hotel is centraal gelegen waardoor je alle kanten op kan. Het ontbijt is ok, dus niet verbluffend. Daarentegn is het avondmaal wel goed te noemen. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes onderhouden.

My concern here was every single night during our stay in this hotel, I heard the sounds of bed frame that was moved or arranged by the guest right above our room. 今回、滞在して感じたことは、 スタッフさんの素晴らしさと、施設の年季の入り方 の二つでした。 今回、４泊の滞在中に １，ルームキーをさして電気をつけるスロットが 　　滞在中突然反応しなくなり、部屋の電気が 　　全くつかなくなる。 　　スタッフさんを呼んだところ、カードを交換 　　した所、無事に電気が付いた ２，部屋のセキュリティボックスの電源が 　　突然落ちてしまい、スタッフさんを呼ぶ。 　　結果は電池切れで、スタッフさんがボックスと 　　格闘し無事に解決。 どのトラブルもスタッフさんが、 すぐに部屋に来てくださり、 対応してくれたので良かったですが、 あまりにも色んな事が起きる事にビックリしました。 ただ、スタッフさんが凄く親切丁寧ですし、 年末年始の滞在だったのに、すごく良心的な 金額だったので、もう少し施設の部分を改善 してくれるとよりよいと思う。 （今回、近くにショッピングモールがあるということでこのホテルに決めました。その他にもスパが徒歩で行ける所にもあったので、良かったです。）

We stayed here for a quick and easy night before going to nusa penida. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, especially with our early check in. The pool was great to lounge by and the happy hour beers more then welcome. The mall next door was nice to pick up some quick items, and along a major road for transport to other spots. Loved the swinging egg chairs in the lobby while we waited on our grab. This hotel is part of the completely undesirable taxi mafia, so our grab driver got an earful when he picked us up.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The pool was really nice too. Hotel is located next to the shopping centre. I would stay in this hotel again. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staffs are very friendly. They are very quick in responding to any feedback/complaint. During my stay, I had a medical emergency. The staffs were very quick to respond and transported me to the hospital’s emergency department. They did not charge anything and said the vehicle facility is for the guests’ needs. Very impressed with their professionalism and prompt action to help guests in need.
