Swimming in the sea on the beach in front of the proprty is NOT very pleasant due to lots of pebbles and sea weat. The hotel grounds are vast and lo plan to find your way is provided, especially in the dark one gets easily lost. In case of power outage, which defenately happens, tou cannot find your way, since no battery powered torch is a ailable.

Half the hotel was knockdown or under demolition the swimming pool was not in service and we had no hot water for three days of our stay there were no hotel restaurants open or no hotel bars

Sehr nettes Personal und eine schöne Anlage. Die Bungalows waren sehr schön, nur sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hätten während unseres Aufenthaltes von 16 Tagen an 6 Tagen kein Wasser und noch öfter nur kaltes Wasser. Der Swimmingpool konnte in der 1. Woche gar nicht benutzt werden, weil er grün war und gereinigt werden musste. Auch in der 2. Woche war der Pool an 4 Tagen aus gleichem Grund geschlossen. WLAN war sehr schlecht bis gar nicht und auch nur sehr weit außerhalb des Bungalows.

When we booked this holiday we booked and paid for a cottage on the beach. On arrival they told us no cottages were available and we were put into a hotel room on the second floor. The curtains were dirty and the bathroom shower door was very dangerous and could not be closed. The fridge was running hot inside. My husband had to even defrost the fridge. As I was recovering from a bus accident my husband said this was not on and asked to be moved to another more acceptable room. We were placed in a larger room which was clean and in a reasonable condition. We are still very upset that we did not get the cottage that we had booked and paid for. We feel that we should at least be reimbursed for the cottage that we did not get. Would you please follow up on this matter. Note: this hotel is very tired and needs a major refurbishment. All fittings and services are very old. The water in the pools around the complex were very clean but desperately needed cleaning of the walls and floor of the pools as was growing green moss. Needs to be emptied and scrubbed. On a positive note the gardens throughout the complex were beautiful and well kept. I paid $35 extra per night to have Beachfront bungalow- Upon arrival reception told us we were to have the first 2 nights in 2412(NOT BEACHFRONT- Then 7 nights beachfront - Reception said it is the same room - but it was surrounded by bungalows all being renovated by a dozen or more workmen- I asked for credit and was brushed off by the manager who offered us fruit & flowers, or late checkout - I refused , only accepting a free airport drop which my driver would have done for $15 - I wanted to bring friends next year for my 80th birthday - but no when they can't be trusted to give you the room you paid extra for.

The hotel is currently upgrading and definitely a lot of work has gone into there upgrades. They are still working at making it a great resort which I’m really happy to return to.

Not what we paid for.
Didn't get what we booked, paid for beach front room and got the back room overlooking a fence.The Place is going through major renovations and a lot of the beach front rooms around their pool have been gutted. We asked for our money back and they refused.They moved us to the Inna Bali beach garden next door.They gave us a garden view room that was worth $30 a night lest then we paid for at the Inna Bali Beach resort. Tried to contact Hotels.com/Expedia and the number was disconnected,had no choice but to stay.The Room was clean (very tired), the A/C didn't work and breakfast was poor.

Like: beach and shop/restaurant access. Park-like setting. Breakfast location and its most wonderful staff! Improvement needed: bungalows are not quite up-to-date. Floors in 2116 had several yellow-ish spots. The right-hand table lamp had a dangerous short circuit. 2117 had Floor tile chinks. Bath tub too. Not enough sockets for phone te-charging. Patio’s could stand brighter lamps, so that guests can read or play cards outside.

Immer wieder gern. So schön ruhig in Sanur und gar nicht so lärmig wie Kuta, Legian oder Seminyak. Derzeit werden werden einige der Bungalows renoviert. Das bedeutet aber nicht, daß man von Baulärm belästigt wird.

Very nice stay in the bungalows. Breakfast was very good, nice open ambient. The facilities need definitely an update, specially the bathrooms and the pool area, even those nearby from the other facilities we were entitled to use could have a make over. SPA was nice as well. In sum, for families with kids a good choice.

Great Location
The hotel is currently renovating 20 or so of its Superior Cottages. The hotel advised by email on the day of arrival that our requested cottage was not available. Unfortunately on arrival after nearly 20 hours travelling we were allocated a very low standard alternative cottage with no storage space and only a bed in the cottage and it was also very dirty and, we had to fight very hard for a better quality cottage. That said the hotel has lovely grounds, great swimming and is right on the beach.

Établissement super bien situé, au bord de la plage. Vraiment magnifique vue avec un personnel au top. Seul point un peu moin fameux , c’est la décoration de la chambre mais, super établissement !

J'ai aimé le cadre comme à chaque fois. Cela fait 5 fois de suite que je vais dans cette hôtel. Je trouve que la piscine est toujours aussi sale donc je m'y baigne beaucoup moins. En europe cette piscine est fermée pour cause d'hygiène. En effet au niveau du carrelage il y a énormément de moisi et les hublots sont d'une saletés sans nom.J'ai aussi constaté comme d'autres vacanciers, que plusieurs personnes qui ne font pas partis de l'hôtel venaient se baigner sans que personnes ne fassent aucunes remarques. Le 17 septembre vers 10h du matin deux hommes fumaient dans la piscine avec un verre à la main sans que personnes interviennent. Les matelas pour les chaises autour de la piscine sont complètements foutus par contre ceux qui sont devant la plage sont neuf!! Il y a quasiment jamais personne du staf de la piscine au bureau pour les serviettes et autres services. J'ai vu des gens attendre Plusieurs minutes pour avoir des serviettes. Je crois que le point faible pour cette enquête c'est la piscine.

Ok so we have stayed there 4 times now and previously used pool bar etc. We stay 4 nights it is great value in the Resort good air con comfy bed hot shower but the property is old but clean always pleasant staff breakfast ok love the location and price suits us who have been to Bali more times than i can count and just want a break

Great part of Sanur however the cottage we stayed is was very dated, worn out & on the verge of unsatisfactory. It just needs updating, the grounds are just beautiful & peaceful. We’ve stayed at Inna Grand several times just for quuck over nighters or during transfers. Breakfast very ordinary & not as good as past years

Right by the beach but quite a walk into the centre of Sanur. I had a problem with the aircon leaking but I couldn’t fault the response - it was fixed immediately. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good but other meals could have been better. Not much choice of Indonesian dishes which was disappointing but great if you like pizza!

We stayed in the cottages 2303 great position. The rooms are quite dated and basic but was clean and everything worked well. Comfy beds, good shower and great air Con. we stayed for 4 weeks and this was our 11time staying in the cottages. The staff at this hotel are just amazing they can not do enough for you. This is one of the reasons we keep going back along with the hotel being in a fantastic location right on the beach. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and haven’t changed in 30 years of visiting !! The rooms could do with an upgrade but for the price they are fine.
