De resort ligt in een rustige nette wijk, dichtbij restaurants, bars en het strand. Vriendelijke behulpzame personeel, schone accomodatie. De WIFI signaal mag wel sterker.

Klumpu Bali resort behandeld haar gasten als een koning. Service is uitmuntend. Ontbijt is heerlijk en lunch/diner is ook zeer goed tegen normale Bali restaurant prijzen (kleine lokale Warung is natuurlijk goedkoper). Lock down service met extra flesjes water, badslippertjes ... gratis 15 min massage.... tussen 4-6 pm koffue en thee met een gebakje ... gratis enkeltje luchthaven ... late check out (indien huisje vrij) .... Het is allemaal inbegrepen. Klumpu is een unieke plek om heerlijk te relaxen. Ben je op zoek naar animatie en ander vermaak, dan kun je beter ergens anders naar toe gaan.

Huisjes waren geweldig , de ligging is een waar paradijsje ontzettend rustgevend , de service is het beste wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt, het personeel geniet echt dat ze daar mogen werken, zo vriendelijk , eten is ook fenomenaal, kan geen minpunt opnoemen, het is het geld dubbel en dik waard

Echte aanrader!
Heel hartelijk ontvangen op de luchthaven en in het resort. Goed huisje, mooi zwembad met ligstoelen, heel service gericht, lekker rustig. Prima ontbijt dat vers wordt bereid met volop keuze mogelijkheden. Dag op stap geweest met de zeer aardige chauffeur Putu, was een heel geslaagde dag. Zeker een aanrader!!

Little paradise
We’ve stayed here the first three days of our trip to Bali. It’s a really peaceful place in sanur. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was at walking distance (beach, restaurant). We got picked up at the airport by one of the staff and the welcome at the resort was outstanding. We tried to book for the last day before we return home and unfortunately it was already full. Absolutely a place we can recommend!

Great hotel to start your vacation
Very nice small resort with beautifully appointed and large family room. There is an excellent restaurant at the resort as well and you can freely use the bikes to drive around Sanur (they even have a couple of children bikes which was great for us). We only stayed here for 1 night when we arrived in Bali as we had planned to go to Nusa Lembongan but we regretted not having stayed one extra night. Given the price includes airport pickup and use of the bikes we found this to be very good value. Highly recommended to start or end your family vacation in Bali.

We had the most wonderful stay at Klumpu. It is only a small hotel (8 rooms) and the staff are unbelievably attentive and kind. The rooms are lovely and so cosy and the grounds (garden and pool area) are beautiful and kept to such a high standard. Each morning we had a wide choice of breafast delivered to our room and we often ate at the hotel as the food was so good and reasonably priced. The hotel offers drivers who will take you out for the day in an air conditioned vehicle for tours of your choice - our driver Yudi was so friendly and lovely to be with. The area around Klumpu is great - 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Sanur beach (8km of golden sand and calm waters). The hotel offers free bikes which you can cycle along the beach promenade. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for - nothing was too much for the staff!

３泊しましたが、とても素敵な滞在になりました。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーでとても親切、最後まで温かいおもてなし…。チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて遊びに行き、空港送迎時間の一時間前に帰ってきたら、アフタヌーンティーをサービスして下さいました。もうすぐ帰国でちょっと寂しくなっていたので、このお心遣いに感動して涙が出そうになりました。 お部屋も可愛くて広くて清潔で気に入りました。口コミ評価が高いのは納得です。

We enjoyed comfortable stay. Since the location of this hotel is a little apart from the "Jl. Danau Tamblingan street", it was calm.The villa, garden, pool are well maintained and kept clean. The staffs were friendly and kind, always corresponded our requests. The all options of the breakfast made us happy not only the taste itself, but also the beatifil serving. We were totally satisfied, wish come back again in the future.

This was a lovely place to stay for the last night of our holiday - the rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the resort pool and grounds were gorgeous. This was an easy walk into the main street of Sanur, yet felt remote and secluded. They couldn't have been more thoughtful, with early breakfast provided, and a free luxury car ride to the airport. The ONLY point for improvement were the pillows -strangely very lumpy, and the shower which took forever to get warm and then was suddenly scaldingly hot. But I would definitely consider staying here again.

Klumpu Delivers
Klumpu did not disappoint. From our warm welcome to the beautifully manicured gardens and the gorgeous private villas. The staff were so obliging and were constantly looking after gardens, grounds, and guests. Bed time, beds were turned down and delicious chocolates were left for our enjoyment, and slippers left beside the bed. The pool was rather small and not very deep, but there were lots of day beds and the gardens around the pool were beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast daily was delicious and the room service menu was fantastic. Location was great, just a short stroll down the cobblestone alley and we were amongst the main street. It would've been good to have coat hangers in the cupboards to store clothing and I wasn't a fan of the frosted bathroom door (especially with awkward teenagers). There were too many water bottles delivered to our room during our stay, so much plastic. Luckily there was a big filtered water bottle that we could refill our bottles from. It would also be more ideal if a toaster and iron was provided. That being said we were very impressed with Klumpu and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a more traditional and intimate style accommodation.

Most beautiful intimate and brilliantly serviced micro resort . . Great for couples and small families alike . Exceptional staff . Located in a lane about 200 metres from the middle of the main drag in sanur and ten to 15 mins walk to beach . A shuttle service is provided when ever requested and at short notice too . Fantastic klumpu villas which are very modern well maintained and come with unlimited boiling and cold water units . Nice bathrooms with great smelling products and towels . Beds huge and very comfortable . Pool is just a few steps away and gorgeous . Breakfasts varied plentiful and cooked to order with attention to every detail .. good massages available too . . A taste of paradise in this little hidden away oasis . Loved everything

We absolutely loved the Klumpa Bali Resort. First of all, the staff was exceptionally trained in hospitality and each member of the staff was genuinely kind and caring. Breakfast was remarkable with good selection, beautifully presented, served quickly. Fresh pastries, upscale coffees, eggs and more. Plentiful, too. The location was a gem in the middle of an unremarkable area. Would stay here again. Masseuse was fabulous, great technique and strong hands. Our room was lovely, spacious with a large well appointed bathroom with rain shower. Boutique products,, complementary snacks and bottled water, afternoon tea and to die for turn down chocolates.

This beautiful smaller size boutique property of eight villas is an oasis amidst the buzz of Sanur. It’s authentic style amidst a lush tropical garden and pool is perfect, and the complimentary services are a gift. The nicest people, the charm, the beauty…I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bali now that I’ve discovered Klumpu Bali Resort.

Wow, wow, wow. Everything was impeccable. Beautiful tranquil landscape, authentic design villas with modern finishing (marble, stone, real wood) Great choice of complementary breakfast, afternoon tea with great local deserts, hand made chocolate and bottled water in evening. Free pick up from airport . That was so great to see smiling driver after flying 35 hours from California . Very close to all kind of stores walking or biking distance. You can get free bike from the hotel. All stuff was taking care you all the time. It was such a great choice for me to stay here.
