Het is een verborgen parel in sanur.heel mooi zwembad met bar . Alles in het hotel heeft een balinese uitstraling.personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Massages zijn ook geweldig, je komt er compleet tot rust Enige uitdaging is de grote weg die je oversteekt ivm de vele scooters,maar er rijdt ook een gratis shuttle naar de stad en strand. (Duur 5 tot 10 min)Kamers en ontbijt zijn ook top! Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader!!!

Fantastisch hotel. Bij aankomst al perfect ontvangen, mooie kamer, volop luxe. Heerlijk a la carte ontbijt met veel keuze. Mooi zwembad, locatie op 25 min lopen van centrum maar shuttle p uur beschikbaar. Rustig gelegen en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Balinese massage is een aanrader, kortom super.

For us, the highlight of this hotel was the staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always happy to answer any questions we had. The hotel itself is lovely, and our room was quite comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and offers both Asian and western options. We especially enjoyed the noodle soup and all the different juices and fresh fruits that were available. The pool was a great way to relax and cool off, although it gets somewhat crowded during the day, so we mostly visited in the early morning or evening. The hotel definitely seems safe and is in a quiet area. You can easily get a Grab pickup, so there are no issues with getting around, and there are restaurants within walking distance for variety.

The resort is beautifully manicured. The overall size was small enough to feel cozy. I like this feature more than really large resort. From my room to the pool and restaurant is literally a few steps away.

Love the Alantara, lovely small resort, staff are just beautiful, gardens lovely, pool nice. Only drawback is area, can’t walk to shops or restaurants, but easy to just call taxi. Will go back

Great staff and food. I liked being away from the everyday Bali hustle and bustle but near enough to go there when I wanted to. The room was excellent and facilities were excellent.

Our best hotel in Bali in this price category
Pros: Very good price, you get luxury environment for your money. Staff is very kind, the pool is warm and nice, breakfast is delicious. Shower gel and shampoo smells really good, the air condition is very good. Cons: The wifi was very bad for us especially in the room. Sometimes our room had a bad smell, automatic air fresheners could be placed in the rooms. Others complained about the location of the Hotel, we think that it's close to the city, but unfortunately you have to go through the highway which is dangerous. I think the provided free shuttle service is very good and if you miss that you can use Grab, for only 1-2 USD you can get back to the hotel after you visited the city.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean and peaceful. A lot of young kids and families, so it wasn’t the quietest retreat type but it was nice to stay. The food was great. I would stay again. If I needed to stay in the city to be close to the airport. It took approx 20 min from the airport to the hotel. And that coat approx $30.USD

We liked this property and the attentiveness of staff. It's not in a very convenient area and it's pretty far from any beach or attractions. Worked well for home base to scuba out of a Sanur dive operation.

It was too far from anywhere and their shuttle only went every 2 hpurs, should go hourly and where they drop you isnt great they should have more than 1 stop.

위치, 룸컨디션 모두 별로입니다.
위치가 정말 안좋고 셔틀 2시간마다 있지만 맞추어 이용하기 어렵습니다. 방이 많이 좁고 샤워부스도 정말 협소합니다. 하수구 냄새도 많이 납니다. 방안에 간이데스크? 에 개미가 정말 많았고 프론트 연락하니 스프레이 해충약 2번 뿌리고 휴지로 닦아줍니다. 빨리 체크아웃 하고 싶은 마음 뿐이고 이 가격이면 사누르 해변 가까운 4성급 호텔 중 훨씬 많은 선택지가 있을 것 입니다. 완전 잘못된 선택에 아쉬움이 많이 남는 숙소였습니다.

Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff were fantastic. The hotel is a cheap taxi ride or a 15 minute walk away from the main area. Value for money and how lovely the hotel is compensated for it being out of the main area. There is a free hotel shuttle into Sanur. Would definitely stay here if you’re looking for value for money, we found the walk into Sanur added to our experience.

Love the peaceful and serene vibe of this resort. Staff was helpful and friendly and very genuine. My husband had issue with the safe setting and they immediately turned up to help when we called. All the services was quite prompt. Room was comfortable and nicely equipped with all the necessities. Only comment is that water will sip out from toilet during shower to the room. Just due to the design of the bathroom door. And shuttle bus could perhaps be improved to hourly instead of every two hours. Spa and massage is highly recommended too.

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine. Comme souvent à Bali, service pro dès l'arrivée dans l'établissement. Chambre assez grande, au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur) avec un grand balcon. Petit déjeuner à réserver avec la chambre sinon cher si pris après. Nous reviendrons si possible.

Had an amazing stay here. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were so friendly and amazing truly made the stay even better. Ika at the restaurant was incredible. The spa is beautiful and the treatments are endless. I definitely recommend getting a massage from Sri as she literally gave me the best massage of my life!

I don’t have enough good things to say about my stay here. Travelling solo as a woman in Bali, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect but the staff at this property made me feel so safe and welcomed. The hospitality here is truly unmatched and the place itself is gorgeous. Rooms are very clean, staff are courteous and respectful, pool is amazing, food is great.. It’s a great stay. The free shuttle to the city centre/Sanur Beach is awesome and runs every 2 hours from 9am-9pm- which is wonderful. Huge shout out to one of the sweetest, most hospitable staff members, Ita, who not only made my stay very memorable and fun but also taught me so much about Balinese traditions and culture. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at The Alantara. All the staff where lovely. Hotel is kept nice and clean. They even brought my mum a surprise birthday cake on her birthday 😊 and helped to come up with a different idea for her surprise floating breakfast as it was raining (Thank you!). We will definitely be staying here again when staying in Sanur.

This is my second time back to Bali and Lembongan in the lady 2 months! I did look at other hotels listed on Hotels.com and came back to the Palms Grove!! super was here and remembered me from over 2 months ago and asked about my family… I would highly recommend this beautiful resort!!! Flott hotell.
Flott hotell med hyggelige ansatte. Fint og rent, og en helt ok frokost. Om du er ute etter gode solforhold, så er det lite plass for dette rundt bassenget. Det er mye trær som gir skygge stort sett på hele området. Det er ca 16 min gåtur til stranda.

Veldig fint hotell, flott basseng, fint show og god frokost. Personalet smiler alltid, veldig serviceinnstilte og gjorde alt det lille ekstra for at vi skulle få et fint opphold. Eneste minus var middagsbuffeet, ellers helt topp og vi kommer gjerne tilbake
