For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available during your stay. We’ve also provided a dog crate, bed, bowls, waste bags, and soft blankets for the couches and beds—everything your furry friend needs to feel right at home.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Start your mornings with the drip coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee and pods.


BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.

AC: The home features central heat but doesn’t include central A/C. To keep things cool, there’s a portable A/C in the upstairs bedroom, a unit in the kitchen, and fans around the house.

SERVICES: Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but may access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

LEAK SENSORS: are located on the floor in the bathrooms behind the toilet or under the vanity, in the laundry room, and under the kitchen sink.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
