Amanda, we were happy to host you and your family in our home once again! I'm sorry your parents had any trouble at the cabin. We will try to address those points the best we can. We're glad you enjoyed the house and wanted to return. The beds and pillows haven't changed, so I'm not sure how to help with that. We have extra pillows in each bedroom with extra clean pillow cases, but I'm happy to add more. Btw, we were able to get out the large stain in the blanket. :)

We've kept the furnishings mountain style, so guests can get a feel of the rustic serenity of the mountains, so we resist making trendy updates, while keeping modern conveniences intact. We have air conditioning, so I'm not sure why the upstairs was warm. It should have taken a change in the thermostat to lower the temp in the house. I'll investigate that.
