One bedroom includes a king bed with mirrored closet doors and soft lighting, while others feature queen and full beds with layered linens and room-darkening shades. A small workspace in one room offers a spot to catch up on notes or emails before turning in. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added ease.

Outdoor living
The place offers a blend of relaxation and gathering space. Share meals around the dining table or recline beside the fire pit with Adirondack chairs set over gravel. Living spaces
Two living rooms create comfortable areas to relax, each with its own personality. One features a tan leather sectional and woven accents, while the other centers around a deep red rug and black leather seating. Board games, Wi-Fi, and a TV provide entertainment, while heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the atmosphere just right.

Bathrooms

While Denver's public transportation network is dependable, it can't quite match the freedom and convenience of having your own four-wheeled mode of transport. To get the most out of your visit, we recommend making the most of car rental or ride-share services.

Please note that this home shares a driveway and backyard with another house. However, rest assured that the living spaces are completely separate and private, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

There is designated parking on the driveway for 4 cars. Parking in front of any neighbor's house is prohibited. Parking in such areas may result in towing of the vehicle.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats are permitted.
