We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the lower level unit of the duplex with a dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The upper level unit can also be rented separately, and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
Please note that there are a few outbuildings on the property that you will not have access to and there are commercial garages, cars, and trailers behind the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Four restful bedrooms invite you to settle in after a day in the city. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and its own TV. The remaining three bedrooms each feature a queen bed dressed with soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades for peaceful rest.
Bathrooms
Two newly remodeled bathrooms offer glass-enclosed showers, generous vanity space, and bathroom essentials. With two full baths, everyone has room to get ready without rushing.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and conversation, complete with stainless steel appliances, a flat-top stove, and dining space for six. Brew the provided coffee in the morning or prepare a shared meal with ease.
Living area
An open-concept layout connects the kitchen and living room, where natural light and neutral tones create a relaxed atmosphere. A second TV and fast Wi-Fi mean everyone can unwind their own way, whether streaming a show or catching a game.
Outdoor living & parking
Set on a spacious 1-acre lot, the home provides a sense of privacy rare in the city. The lower-level suite has its own private entrance and easy parking in the circular driveway or along the street.

Additionally, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, providing another convenient option for transportation.
Please be aware that this unit is the lower suite of an up/down duplex, and the upper unit is also available for rent. Each unit has its own dedicated entrance. Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles.
