Peaceful getaway
We flew im for a wedding. It was centrally located. There were bikes in the garage which is a bonus, wish they all worked but that’s ok. There is a creek trail a few houses away. It was nice the kids unplugged and got outside to explore.

Perfect for Wedding Week!
This home was absolutely perfect- our daughter’s wedding was at Hudson Gardens and we were less than 10 minutes away- made it so convenient. The home was sparkling clean, beds are comfortable, has such a nice back yard, is decorated nicely, love the circular drive for easy access, a quiet neighborhood and the owner is very accommodating! Definitely would recommend!

Wedding Week
Our family is so thankful to have had such a beautiful home to spread out and relax in in during an otherwise chaotic wedding week. Perfectly located between venues, it was our oasis when needed. Comfy beds and relaxing back porch. We would surely stay here again if the need arose! Thank you!

Great for team or family!
Our church leader attended a conference nearby. The house was great to give us our own space but also a place to gather. Great backyard! Great kitchen! Wonderful house and experience that I'd rent again for a work trip or family trip.

Perfect Spot for Family
We spent a week in this lovely home with our adult children and parents while we were in Littleton for our sister's wedding at Chatfield Farms. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our trip. It was the perfect set up as my parents, who have really crazy sleeping schedules had their own space on the lower level. It was close to everything and my family particularly enjoyed the walking trails. Our host was super responsive when we needed a light changed in the back yard. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Littleton!

We used this property for our stay on our golf trip this year. Everything was great about this property. The location was perfect and witching 30 minutes to every golf course we played at. The owners were very punctual in their responses and helpful with getting situated in the house. 10/10 recommend this stay for your next getaway!

A lovely homey family retreat
We stayed here for our son’s wedding. It couldn’t have been easier to get to Denver and the surrounding areas. It was so quiet and clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Denver area. It was excellent.

Awesome place to stay !!
This home was "hands down" the best place to stay in Littleton. We were so impressed by the house. Very clean, roomy, but yet, cozy and "homey" feeling. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to many places to eat and things to do. After a week of attending the National Western Livestock Show, Denver Aquarium, Urban Air and shopping, we would come home in the evenings to relax and play games with the kids. My 2 grandchildren absolutely loved it. There were several arguments on who got to sleep on the "top bunk" :) Our host Angela, was friendly and always available if we needed anything. We loved our stay Angela - Thank you again I would highly recommend staying here !

Delightful Thanksgiving Stay
The property is very well represented in the listing. Attractive mid-century modern/split level. Good location in a quiet residential neighborhood. We tried to be good neighbors, as we are more than aware of the push back from neighborhoods and municipalities re short term rentals. Nevertheless, a short term residential rental is often the best solution for families - including us! The house was nicely decorated, very clean and very well furnished. Good quality pottery, flatware, glasses, small kitchen utensils, knives etc.. Comfortable seating, beds and linens. Nice back yard and patios. Our only glitch was the fact the access code for entry never showed up. Quick call to the owner/agent fixed! Overall highly recommend.

We loved the house
The house was exactly as pictured. We had plenty of space. And the layout allowed everyone to have a space to relax in without disturbing others. The jack and jill bathroom took some time to get used to, we kept locking each other out. However, the second bathroom was a great alternative when this happened. We were very close to the transit system, which we used to go to the NFL game we watched. Great little community. Our son got to go to the playground and joined in on some sledding. The beds were too soft to our liking, but a simple removal of the mattresses toppers solved this problem for those who needed a firmer bed. The washer and dryer were well used with the boys outside playing. The BBQ heats up quickly, so we had a hard time cooking on it - with a longer stay, we might have mastered it. We loved the house and enjoyed staying there. The property manager was great when the VRBO app glitched and wouldn't give us entry instructions.

House was very nice except for a few things. We had a lot of trouble with the entry pad. Very sensitive, could not get in for a few hours-owner was responsive, but there should be a back up plan (key). Coffee maker did not work until we fixed it, really should be replaced. Mattresses need to be replaced. Overall nice location and we had enough room to spread out. Would stay again with small fixes

Thank you for your suggestions. The guests arrived much earlier than their appointed check in time. It then took us 30 minutes in order to reset the lock due to the lock preventing unauthorized arrivals. We now have a backup plan so that does not happen again. We were unaware that there was a problem with the coffee maker, but have now purchased a new one. We are looking into the mattresses to be sure they are very comfortable and if we find there are any issues we will replace. Thank you

A lovely home away from home!
This was wonderful place for my family to gather! Seven of us came together here, from 3 states to attend my brother’s wedding. The area was beautiful, the house was inviting, very clean and comfortable. My 98 year old mom could not get over the fact that someone would let strangers stay in such a nice home.

This home is darling and every bit like the photos online and we had everything we needed, plenty of clean towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans and much more. A beautiful home with a gorgeous backyard. The house was perfect for our college friend reunion. We loved cooking together and spent lots of time outside in the backyard enjoying our time together. Beautiful home in a great location!
We stayed here while in town for a wedding. This house was not only beautiful, it was clean and spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked and we never had to worry about not having enough towels etc. My daughter loved the foosball table and the pear tree in the back yard. We also enjoyed playing bocce ball. This home is only 30min from Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater which is a must see for music lovers, hikers, bikers and nature lovers. If we are ever back in town we would definitely stay here again. Cleanest and beautiful home!
We had the best experience renting this clean and very well manicured home that paid attention to every detail. We had a family of 7 in town for a wedding and really loved “going home “ after all the get togethers to relax and unwind.
