  • Ruime woning gelegen in een rustige wijk in Denver. Gemakkelijk pendelen naar Wash Park, Cherry Creek en het centrum van Denver. Dicht bij lokale parken, winkels en restaurants. Although this was a last-minute reservation for my family and me so we could attend a family member’s funeral, the home was very accommodating. It was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which made our stay much easier during such a difficult time.”

Loved being able to have our fur babies with us in Denver. House was very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to what we needed! The host, Jeff, was great to deal with and very responsive to questions. We recommend his VRBO!

I wish I could give this house a better rating and with a major top-to-bottom cleaning and a few updates, I would. The location felt safe and we appreciated the space and the yard for the dogs. I’ve shared my cleanliness concerns with the host and I hope that they address them to make this a much nicer rental in the future.

First time booking through Vrbo and this experience was easy from start to finish. The host communicated everthing making checking in and out a breeze. We booked a nice quiet house with a fenced yard for the dogs.

Great Location

This was a great location for our stay...close to family, a grocery store & liquor store within walking distance too! Also, there is plenty of space/rooms to spread out. The putting green in the basement was a fun element to the VRBO!

We stayed for 8 nights in this home. It was a great location, safe neighborhood, perfect size for our family (2 adults and 3 teens/preteens, and a granny who also stayed a few days.) The home could use some updates but generally met our needs.

The house was clean and had most essentials. I would have liked it to include a toaster and bath mat. The yard though met the needs of our dog but the patio was completely unusable, very disappointing.

This place was very mediocre. Not very clean, beds not super comfy, trim, tile work backyard and basement windows all need some TLC. Would not stay again or recommend to friends.

Communication with host was great. However, having to pay to check in early was a little much. Pictures are decieving. It looks like it shows online but it doesn’t show the flaws. The property is old and there are definitely things that could be more put together.

we arrived at the house around 8 PM and as we entered the home, we noticed a lot of things that made us leave within an hour of being there and stay in a hotel instead. As you walked up the front steps, the cement on some of the steps was falling off and the handrail on the right side of the steps wasn’t even attached to the house making it wobbly and a major safety concern. The house was not clean - spiderwebs, a used plastic glove on a chair, stains on the blinds, garbage, food, and Animal hair. The back bricks are not secure and just scattered throughout the patio. The back door does not lock. The yard was not kept up with and overgrown. I reached out to the owner the next day as our main priority was getting our baby to a hotel to sleep so we can leave for our flight the next morning. He doesn’t seem very concerned about any of these issues and doesn’t want to fix them. His response was that we should’ve reached out while we were there to express our concerns so he could do something about it. I read other reviews as I was sitting at the house and people have mentioned a lot of these same problems and they have yet to be fixed even though the comments back from the owner states that he’s going to look into these issues. However, what was he gonna do at 9PM? Put a lock on the door, get a cleaning crew, fix the front steps, and redo the patio? I don’t think so, & he will never do it since these have been complaints for months and some even years. Do not book this house!!!

Pros:The rental was very spacious. Comfortably slept our group of adults. Cute themed decor too. The check in process was very quick and easy and Jeff got us in early which was nice. And the temperature of the home was very comfortable and easily adjustable. Plenty of fans to go around in each room.Cons: 2 mirrors in the whole house in the 2 bathrooms. The outside of the home and the backyard were unkept. Railings falling off, yard overgrown, black and milds on the back porch, etc. The place seemed clean when you walked in, but upon inspection there was several spiders and beetles in the home that we found over the weekend. The sheets and towels had stains and a couple of pillows did not even have cases. The "extra blankets" was just 1 extra set of sheets and 1 fuzzy blanket for the whole home. 2 wash cloths for the whole home. 1 dish towel. 1 roll of paper towels. We just did not have quite enough to support our whole group with those linens and toiletries type of supplies. But the biggest complaint would be that multiple windows did not lock due to the makeshift air conditioning units. Back door latch was broke so you had to use a pole to lock it. Back gate can't shut and lock either. And this home seemed to be in a not great neighborhood so the security was a concern as a mom with littles staying in a room with a broken window lock. Also the microwave was broken, but I reached out and he seemed unaware so I don't really fault him for that one. But was inconvenient.

Spacious and Cozy. Great Location.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We are a bit high maintenance but the host Jeff was amazing and very responsive to all our needs. The rooms were all roomy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The back yard was perfect for our two dogs. A dog waste station with bags was conveniently located and available for our use. A previous guest didn't clean up after their pet and Jeff sent someone over immediately to take care of the eliminations which I appreciated very much! There was also a comfortable desk provided big enough to handle my work station which I needed as I was visiting family and having a working vacation. We had such a good time we plan to make this a yearly occurrence and will be staying here again if it's available.
