You'll have access to the entire lower floor of the property and your own entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit.

Two inviting bedrooms offer restful spaces designed for comfort. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55 inch TV, and a dedicated workspace where you can settle in with ease. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed with soft linens and blackout curtains that create a quiet, restful atmosphere.

Living and dining
The living area offers a relaxed setting with playful decor and a 55 inch TV, giving you a comfortable place to settle in on chilly nights. The dining area provides space to share meals or plan your day, and the in-suite washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. Coffee is provided so you can ease into your morning before heading out.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combo, bathroom essentials, and a spacious vanity that makes getting ready simple and comfortable.

Outdoor living
A fully fenced gravel area gives you a small outdoor space with room for pets to roam. The backyard is reserved for the property owner, but the fenced front area offers a bit of fresh air before or after a day exploring Denver.

You’ll have one free parking spot on the premises, along with free street parking nearby. A private entrance and keypad self check-in make arrival smooth and easy.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property monitoring the entrances and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
