Home was very spacious and in an area that is an easy drive to many locations in Denver Metro. Issues that prevented the home from being luxurious. Upon arrival the key pad batteries were dead. Owner did respond advising us to change the batteries. I felt that with the price we paid, seemed a little out of line to ask us to replace the batteries. We compromised and found some batteries out of a remote to switch the batteries out and luckily that did work. After checking in we noted that two of the bathrooms didn't have toilet paper. Not a huge issue as we planned to buy some for the 9 day stay but again when renting a luxury place we would expect toilet paper to be provided for the initial stay. The carpets were filthy. Dead bug, dirty, and stained. The garage area upon entry was dirty and trash was piled up. It looked as if the trash hadn't been taken out for weeks. The host did get the trash taken out upon letting them know about the issue. We also had an issue with the shower in the Casita as the drain was slow and needed cleaned out. The Host did send someone to add draino to the drain but that didn't correct the condition. Overall the home is in a great area. Homes are very close together so you will hear and see neighbors, parking is a little tight as driveway is small.
