Smaakvol ingerichte ruime en luxe moderne ruimte. Familie vriendelijk.

Dit prachtige Victoriaanse ruime huis op 1 straat afstand van de prachtige, kleurrijke winkels en restaurants van de Hooglanden, is de perfecte thuisbasis om Denver te verkennen. Vijf minuten van Downtown, 3 minuten van LOHI en 8 minuten van RINO, deze 3 slaapkamers / 1. 5 badkamers twee verdiepingen gerenoveerd Victoriaans is handig en perfect voor grotere groepen en gezinnen. Een prachtige privétuin patio achtertuin is dromerig om te entertainen met marktverlichting en orkaan kaarsen. Het heeft prachtige eenjarigen, citrus- en vetplanten en een prachtige lounge met wijnranken en een barbecue.

Prachtig gerenoveerd Victoriaans in het hart van een van de meest gewilde buurten van Denver, Historic Highlands, en smaakvol ingericht met werk van lokale kunstenaars en gecureerde stukken, comfortabele bedden en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. 2 bloemstukken komen gratis met de ruimte. Jij kiest de kamers waarin ze gaan.

De begane grond van het huis heeft een woonkamer, eetkamer die 6-8 zit, een goed ingerichte bibliotheek, (lees iets inspirerend!) en een mooie damestoilet. De keuken heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om een gastronomische maaltijd te bereiden, servies en glaswerk voor buiten, wijnkoelkast, magnetron, blender en instapot. Boven, drie privé slaapkamers met designer beddengoed, een grote badkamer met fantastische douche, bad op pootjes en dubbele wastafel, met boven wasmachine en droger. WIJ bieden een föhn en een bubbelbad! In 2 van de slaapkamers bevinden zich grote grote spiegels. Ideaal voor gezinnen en grotere groepen.

Het huis is geschikt voor in totaal 6 personen in hoogwaardige comfortabele matrassen met katoenen lakens met een draaddichtheid van 500. Voor groepen van 8 personen hebben we een high-end opblaasbaar queensize matras en beddengoed dat in de bibliotheek naast de damestoilet kan worden geïnstalleerd! (tegen een extra vergoeding van 100.)


We hebben de sleutel in een kluisje, zodat u op elk moment na 15:00 uur kunt inchecken (of op speciale afspraak als de ruimte eerder beschikbaar is). Parkeren op straat is veilig, heel gemakkelijk en gratis (controleer gewoon de borden voor straatreiniging).

Wonderful home base

Our family of four loved our recent stay - the book-filled rooms alone had me at hello! The house is well stocked, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It served us well as a home base for sightseeing in Denver and Colorado Springs!

Beautiful unique home!!

From the minute, we walked in, we felt like we were home. Beautiful Victorian charm and many many unique and wonderful pieces of art and collectibles. Extremely close to all shops and eateries and major highways. Would recommend this home to all that are visiting the Denver area.

Colorfully Wonderful

We spent almost a week here, probably still missed some hidden art, inspirational words or garden treasure. What a fun and comfortable place to stay for my 60th birthday and our 36th anniversary! We had a hilarious game night around the large dining table and a lovely dinner in the private back garden. Snow days were for movie nights as we experienced all weather during our stay! Denver getaway

The property is beautiful and has so much character. Check in was super simple and the owner communicated all required information prior to our arrival and was really responsive. We were in Denver for 5 days with our 2 children (7yo and 4yo) and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Highlands is brilliant area in itself with shops and restaurants just a couple of minutes away. My wife could have spent the entire time just around there! Getting to other places in Denver was really quick including to the airport for our journey home. Parking at the property was easy and the house really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

A magical stay

This lovely house was a home base for our family during the week of our daughter’s Denver wedding. The home has old world Victorian charm. Inside there is an inviting mix of mid century elements, garden chic, and color moments. The container garden is a beautiful gathering spot. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in this well-stocked home. Cindy and Alex are wonderful hosts who make themselves readily available for questions. On the morning of the wedding we were unable to locate an iron in the house and the hosts made a quick trip to Target, delivering both an iron and a steamer to the door in no time. The neighborhood is wonderfully walkable and we enjoyed the tree lined streets and the local shops and restaurants. All in all a great stay!

Excellent stay with family to celebrate a graduation. Well equipped kitchen; great backyard. Nearby weekend farmer’s market was crowded but a must do. Plenty of room for all of our guests. I would recommend the house to friends.

Awesome stay in cool house in great neighborhood

Family trip to Denver over the holidays - 2 adults and our adult children plus dog. House was perfect for the family stay with room to spread out and also hang out together. Home was super well-appointed, comfortable, with cool design and stylish character. Neighborhood was great for walking, coffee shops, restaurants, and nearby to downtown Denver (but in it's own fun but quiet neighborhood). Would definitely come back!

The pictures on VRBO can't capture the incredible decor and artistry of this property. It is cozy and welcoming, wild and wonderful, creaky and captivating. All the modern amenities with a quirky and delightful esthetic. The artwork alone is worth a visit. We loved every bit.

My adult family stayed for a weekend break from the Texas heat. It is a very clean and spacious a house with a beautiful quiet back patio. It has wonderful/helpful hosts and is a 2 minute walk from shops/coffee/restaurants and a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Eclectic, charming and fantastic neighborhood

We loved the area and the house! So charming. and very well-stocked. The greenspace on the patio was where we all gravitated towards every morning for coffee and every night for wind down time. The hosts are fantastic and extremely helpful. Gave us tons of recommendations and shared fun background stories. Everything is very walkable and free on street parking.

This was the perfect location to relax with friends, share stories, and create memories. The property was clean, safe, and included all the modern amenities one would need. Spectacular getaway!

The property was superb, with all the amenities you could possibly think of and more. Clean, spectacular eclectic art throughout the house. The backyard offered us a peaceful and soothing environment among the flowers and plants as we enjoyed just sitting out there to chat or sharing a meal as a family. Location of the property offered nearby shops, restaurants, and more within walking distance, which was a plus. Everyone in the family just loved it!

Fantastic Denver house!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay over a long weekend in February! The house was filled with interesting art and antiques, making it such a unique place to stay. Cindi was very quick to respond and checked in via text to make sure everything was ok and if we had any questions. Location was perfect with terrific restaurants right down the street. It snowed on the second day we were there and it was so nice to have the stairs and walkways cleared so quickly, and such a beautiful scene with the trees and everything.
