We stayed last night and are flying out early this morning so won't be here for their breakfast so I don't know what breakfast is like. They do allow you to stay here and then leave your car parked here while you fly out of Denver International. They provide a shuttle to the airport and back from the airport which is awesome.

It is convenient to the freeway and easy to find. The room was clean and in good repair. They have a great breakfast every day that is free of charge.

Leaking shower faucet, pube on shower sill, ash on coffee table, warped flooring in the elevator, a poorly working front door (took me three attempts to enter), and no regular coffee in the room. It’s an airport hotel, people want coffee before a 6:30am flight. Called front desk twice after my 10pm check in to get info about spa. Nobody answered despite two ppl being on the clock. Never got the info, went to bed instead. I spent my week in three different Hampton Inns around Denver metro. Booked this on my last night to see if it was a better value. Won’t do that again.

We were so disappointed, I payed more for a hotel that had a hot tub but it was not working. I feel like I should get some money back, that is why we chose this hotel. A little sad.

I was really impressed. I had a short layover but the shuttle was convenient, the 24 hour pool is so awesome I wish I had time to use it and it was very clean and comfortable. If the hot tub and hair dryer were operating I would give it 5 stars!!!

LOVED staying at this property!! This is from a frequent traveler. Only rated facility condition a 4 star because the hot tub was broken... 😢 Otherwise, the facilities are fabulous and we both enjoyed the comfy bed and accommodations.

Decent hotel near Denver airport that I used after my evening flight out of Denver was cancelled because of a blizzard. It's clean, and the neighborhood seemed safe, though I did not have much of a chance to look around. I was disappointed by two things: the promised shuttle bus to the airport left early, which meant I had to pay for an Uber. Their shuttle only runs once per hour, and they have very limited seats. When I checked in late at night, most of the early morning shuttle seats were already booked. The hotel should state that on their website. And breakfast was not open when promised.

We were really unhappy about your shuttle service driver that picked us up that night. He couldnt get his lazy ass out of the seat to help load our baggage or even open the door for my wife who had her hands full. Even when we got to hotel he didnt even get out and open doors, he just sat there and didnt even move. If my wife would have not closed the door on the van when she got out at hotel i would have left it open and would have walked into hotel so he would have to get out to close door.

Called the hotel shuttle. One arrived, and stayed they were going to the Quality Inn. The van that they drive had the logo. Sadly, there are two Quality Inns and I wasn’t asked which one. I was sent back to the airport to get into another van. The water for the shower was difficult to turn on and I could not turn it off. There was only one staff member at the front desk for checking and outs. I had to wait as they were very busy.

This was an awful stay and we should receive a refund. The bathtub was so backed up and disgusting that we couldn’t even shower. The hot tub was broken. There was no hot water when we tried to even turn the shower on and we were in Denver for medical reasons, so very uncomfortable and unenjoyable stay. We should not have to pay for the room with all that considered.

Upon existing a side door, we found a small baggie of what looked to be a white rock like substance. The hottub did not work, and house keeping didnt give us new towels or trash bags during our stay.

Online it stated $8/per day for extended parking- at the hotel they charged $10/day- even though I could show them online. That’s false advertising- and one of the reasons I chose this location. The other reason was I called the day before and asked what the breakfast would be the next morning. My daughter has dietary needs- no dairy, sugar (diabetic), gluten free. I was told there was bacon. No bacon. Staff couldn’t answer questions about if there was milk in the eggs, sugar in a drink, etc. very limited options. She had disgusting sausage and a banana. Staff was disinterested and non helpful- really just wanted to continue conversations with other staff. The coffee maker in the room looked like a child’s toy. I made tea- which came out cold and barely tinted. Coffee the next day was also cold and looked lighter than ice tea. I wouldn’t recommend Would love for the management or owner to at least correct the parking charge.
