Simple 1 BR in SE Cherry Creek-monthly rental only

This small 1 BR condo is centrally located between downtown Denver (25 min) and the Denver Tech Center (15 min). The 600 square feet space is simple but has a peaceful vibe, and is on the top floor of the building.

Please note that the condo is in an older complex, and the renovation of the unit is not quite complete. It is priced lower than similar properties for this reason. The bathtub has new tile around the tub, but the floor has a cracked tile. The kitchen has new cabinets with lots of space, but also has a small crack in one tile. The sofa is attractive and comfortable but has two small rips (less than one inch each). The bedroom is cozy but does not feature a closet. However, this could be a great home away from home for the budget-conscious traveler.

Longer-term monthly rentals are welcome!

For safety and hygiene, the apartment is cleaned, disinfected and left vacant 48 hours prior to guest arrival. This will be my first rental and I look foward to sharing my apartment!
