• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 4 levels, 3 stairwells, and 16-19 stairs per flight. There are no bedrooms on the entry floor.

• Parking is restricted in the lot across from the unit after 11pm.

• Doorbell Camera - There is a motion-activated camera on the front porch that records video.
