Loop, fiets of scoot naar Downtown Denver, Elitch Gardens, Denver Aquarium, Children's Museum, REI Flagship en Cherry Creek Trail. Ga naar een concert in Red Rocks of Pepsi Centre, steek de straat over naar het Bronco's Stadium, woon een honkbal- of hockeywedstrijd bij en bezoek veel ambachtelijke brouwerijen. Er is zoveel te doen voor mensen van alle leeftijden in Denver en de omliggende bergen! Jefferson Park is een gezellige woonwijk die superveilig aanvoelt met verschillende restaurants, een park, brouwerijen, coffeeshops en een supermarkt in de buurt.
U zult zich zo comfortabel voelen in ons goed ingerichte, nieuwere herenhuis met 4 verdiepingen met 3 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers (2 vol), geschikt voor 6-7 personen comfortabel in bedden (tot 9 banken), aangebouwde garage voor 2 wagens. De ruime keuken is volledig uitgerust om te koken en opent naar de grote eetkamer en woonkamer (allemaal op één niveau) met LG Smart TV, high-speed Comcast Cable Internet. Geweldig voor families of vrienden om te verzamelen, films / sport te kijken en games te spelen! Het geweldige dakterras met tuinhuisje heeft veel comfortabele zitplaatsen en een BBQ-grill. De slaapkamer heeft een ligbad, een groot bed en Smart TV. Slaapkamer # 2 slaapt 2-3 met TV (tweepersoonsbed plus eenpersoonsbed). Slaapkamer # 3 slaapt 2 met Smart TV (2 singles of 1 koning). Wasserij is beschikbaar in eenheid.

Dania was available to answer any questions, property was clean - best we have stayed at - and it was spacious! The rooftop was an added bonus and a nice place to relax in the sun or in the evening with a cocktail! They had plenty of paper towel, toilet paper, and towels for the week, which was a pleasant surprise. Often times, rentals only offer a small supply. I would definitely recommend this place and if our travels bring us back to Denver, we will be staying here! Thank you for a great week!

This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed at. Clean, beautiful townhouse. Well supplied. Great communication with Dania throughout. Almost too nice for a rental. Location was excellent for our get together. Hiking during the day and walking/riding to breweries in the evening.

This property is amazing! There was plenty of room for our party, including a large well stocked kitchen and a deck with an amazing view. It is easily walkable to many fantastic restaurants and to a nice local park. We were glad to have the large garage. Overall, this is a great place to stay while visiting Denver!

Beautifully decorated and everything you need

Love the rooftop deck, and and everything about this beautiful townhouse. It was so well furnished, and had everything we needed for a really great stay. Plenty of towels, and very comfy beds, which make all the difference in the world when you’re away from home. Can’t wait to visit again and have a cocktail up on the deck.

Awesome location and townhouse!

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! Such a great area-SUPER close to the stadium, Denver aquarium, Meow Wolf. You could walk to these places if you didn't want to drive. It'd only be like a 20 minute jaunt and there are walkways for pedestrians over the bridge. 1ish hours away from Breckenridge where went hiking and saw the troll, Isak Heartstone. We wandered around Breckenridge and ate brunch at a cute little pub/restaurant called Bold (would also highly recommend). It is a ~45 min drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater where we saw an amazing outdoor concert. The townhouse itself is 3 stories. First floor when you walk in has a little mud room for shoes, the garage entry, and a 1/2 bath. Up a flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and another 1/2 bath. Another flight of stairs leads you to the Master and two bedrooms. This floor has two full baths! There is also a washer and dryer on this level. One more flight of stairs will land you up on the rooftop lounge! You can see the Mile High stadium, space needle, and downtown Denver, and other attractions. It has a nice gazebo with lights and seating. We sat up there and watched a thunderstorm with beautiful lightening one night! It also snowed while we were there - also cool to see from that deck. We had all the weather, sunny days, snowy days, rainy days and we enjoyed every minute. April 25-28, 2024. 4 adults, plenty of space. I would absolutely stay here again. Host was very responsive and nice. :)

Lovely place and great location.

Stay was wonderful. Sad (but kinda glad) it snowed so we couldn’t use the roof top balcony. Very quiet neighbor. Slightly farther from downtown than expected but still ideal location. Beautiful big house.

Amazing property in a great location!

This house perfectly suited our needs. I was in Denver on business. My husband, mom and 2 sons were there to enjoy the city! The house had plenty of space, available games, and in a perfect location. We walked to the park and to restaurants. It was a great location for getting outside while still being close to downtown. I would stay here again next time I'm in Denver!

Very nice place for a bachelor party weekend . Over 3 days we squeezed in golf, fishing, baseball and downtown Denver. The townhouse is centrally located and was quite clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Garage is a plus as were plenty of towels. Would come back for sure.
