Dit ruime hondvriendelijke strandhuis is perfect voor grote gezinnen en groepen, van de omheinde tuin tot de twee volledige keukens (boven en beneden). Het beschikt over een privé pooltafel, gas grill en balkon. Gasten kunnen zelfs de golven horen crashen vanuit het huis.

Wat is er in de buurt:
Toegang tot het strand is een blok verderop, aan de westkant van Willow Street. Fishing Rock State Recreation Site ligt op slechts 1,5 km van het huis in het zuiden. Dit verborgen juweeltje biedt een spectaculair uitzicht op slechts een korte wandeling vanaf de ingang, waar u walvissen dichtbij de kust kunt spotten. Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area ligt op iets meer dan vier mijl rijden, waar gasten extra openbare toegang tot het strand vinden. Depoe Bay ligt drieëneenhalve mijl naar het zuiden, waar gasten restaurants, bootcharterbedrijven en meer vinden.

House is in need of a thorough deep clean. Upstairs bathroom reeked of a sour smell which I believe to be emanating from the filthy, dirty toilet cleaning brush that sits beside the toilet. Food stains on kitchen and livingroom furniture. Unable to use the washing machine and dryer due to the insides of both being covered with bird feathers. I cleaned out the washer and ran a clean cycle attempting to right the situation but the unit failed to drain AND more bird feathers appeared in the gross, backed up water. Windows were smeared having not been properly cleaned. Not "Pristine" at all. We left the property 2 days earlier than we had booked it for. Called Nick, the property manager but had to leave him a voicemail. Followed up with 2 text messages to him and NEVER received a reply. This place is far too filthy to warrant the 1,600 price we paid only to have our trip cut short by 2 full days because we could no longer put up with the sour, filthy odor. I scooped up over 30 piles of dog poop in the back yard right when I arrived so that my dog could safely use the space. The dishwasher was completely full as well. Completely stressful house to have paid so much money for. I am requesting that I be refunded for the final 2 days.

We love staying at the Pristine Pearl. This was our 2nd year at this home away from home. We LOVE the location of the beach - just a short jaunt down the road where you will find the softest sand and the gorgous ocean! The kitchen is fully stocked and our week there was happy and full of great memories. Great movie selection and lots to do with an xbox, pool table, sand toys, etc.! There were so many fun places to visit close to this house. 5 min. to Depoe Bay for fun shops & whale watching, 20 min. to Newport for a Walmart or visiting a lighthouse and Cobble Beach! 1 hr. 20 min. away from Tillamook to tour the factory and try yummy dairy foods. Our favorite day was just spending time playing at the beach just down the road. There is no parking lot by this beach - so it is pretty private and mostly accessed by those people staying in houses around. Loved it!Only down-side was the washing machine had some issues. Talking with Vacasa was frustrating but once we were put through to the property manager he was super helpful and we were able to figure out a solution. Loved our stay and definitely thinking about coming back another year!

listing is very deceiving (2 stars for location)

We chose this rental as it was the only dog friendly one available for our dates. Upon arriving the code for the door lock wouldn't work, called customer service & it prompted me to use a messaging link. I messaged with no reply. Called back & got a human to speak to, after failed attempts of theirs to reset the code they gave us the code for the lock box & we used the key. The door threshold was almost completely rotten & throughout our stay we had to continuously kick it back into place as we kept tripping on it. It became immediately apparent that the photos in the listing were taken MANY years ago. Over half the furniture in the listing was not in the house. There was a note that the cleaner had been there but everything was dirty. Sand, dirt & dog hair all over the floor and on the couches & later we discovered in 2 of the BEDS. The sheets had not been changed. The listing boasts 3 bathrooms but one of the bathrooms had a barely trickling shower head & the toilet cove was not wide enough for an adult to fit into. There was a water flow issue with the washer so when we ran a load of laundry it would have to be checked on every so often & have its cycle restarted. It was dog friendly however I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog in the yard unsupervised as it was full of garbage, debris, old dog poop & the fences were falling down. The most disappointing part is they have been getting terrible reviews ALL YEAR and just don't seem to care.

Family celebration.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at this home in Depoe Bay! Our family, spread across four households, reunited here after two years apart. It was the perfect place to celebrate two major milestones—our oldest son earning his PhD and our younger son turning 30. Upon arrival, we had some trouble with the keyless front door entry, which had no power. However, the management company quickly instructed us to use the key box to the left of the door, and we were able to access the house without further issues. Their prompt response ensured the issue was resolved right away. The fenced yard was ideal for our dogs, although we did notice some clutter outside that could have been unsafe if they were left alone. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location—just a short, easy walk to a beautiful, mile-long white sandy beach. We spent our days enjoying the beach, collecting mussels, and exploring all the charming gift shops in town. Chester’s grocery store, just a five-minute walk up the street, was a fantastic convenience. Overall, the house was the perfect retreat for us to relax, reconnect, and make some unforgettable memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us—we had a wonderful time!

4th of July weekend

We arrived 30 mins early and early check in wasn’t available which we understood but didn’t think it would be a big deal to let us in before then. We finally went in and right of the start you could tell the photos from the listing were extremely photoshopped because the house in person is old and not maintained well in the outside. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my dog out there to play because bushes and vines were covering most of the yard. The house was also FILLED with dog hair, counters, floors, couches, beds (pillows, sheets and bedding) it just felt extremely dirty. In the bathroom there were human hair balls in the corners, there were dirty towels. Some dishes in the upstairs kitchen were still dirty. I contacted Vacasa services to possibly get housekeeping to come out on our first day, they told us they would and never did or bothered reaching back out, on the second day I reached out again early in the morning and again they told me they would send housekeeping but no one ever showed up. It was really disappointing and unfortunate for the price we paid to stay. I’ve never stayed at a place dirtier than this.

This place could definitely use some TLC, and more dishes for baking. That being said, it was the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The upstairs is very large and open, was great for gathering. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Great House, great location - needs a little TLC

We had a great birthday trip and the house was a great size for what we needed. The location is great, being 15-20 mins away from both Lincoln City and Newport. Everything was neat and they had a bunch of extras for extra guests, such as towels, bedding and pillows. There were a few issues however…The second bedroom on the top floor needs a new door handle BAD. We had to keep a doorstop in the jam to keep the door from fully closing. If it closed, it was nearly impossible to get it to open and ended up having to get in through the sliding glass doors (that I had luckily left unlocked) on the back deck. The back yard was very overgrown and the fence was falling over into the bushes. The front yard had big holes under the white fence, big enough that my small dog could easily get out of the yard, so had to keep him on a leash at all times in the yard. The Trash can was also VERY full from the passed guests, so we couldn’t fit our last bag of trash in the bin before we left. Noticed garbage trucks driving through the neighborhood so we put the bin out by the road, in hopes of possibly catching them to empty it before we left. No such luck - hopefully they got out after we left and we didn’t miss it all together. We had to leave a note for the cleaners to let them know and pre-apologize for the bag left in the kitchen. There was also no recycle bins for our cardboard so we had to leave it out as well. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay!

Overall this house so much space it’s crazy but the house is very nice with a lot of movies to watch and board games me and my friends really enjoyed watching some throw back movies also we loved that it was super close to a market with groceries and walking distance to the beach

Location was great, 30 second walk to the beach. House was big enough with plenty of beds to accommodate our group of 12. Beds were comfy. Only small problems: not enough coffee cups, tiles missing in kitchen, washer & dryer didnt work very well.

The location to the beach is great. We enjoyed our family gathering. The upstairs view is great. However, This house is in need of some repairs. Housekeeping needs to clean under the couches and not just the surface areas. Not enough towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pull couches have crumbs on the mattress and some light bulbs were out.

Beach house stay

We rented this beach house for a celebration of friendship and the birth of a new baby vacation…Location was wonderful, house layout was wonderful, big yard, love that it had two kitchens, and the location of the store for those of us that forget things :) Only complaint I could make was the overflowing trash can from the residents that stayed the nights prior, spit can that was found, broken flooring, and dog hair… We are thankful for the time and memories made on this vacation and are thankful to the home owners for letting us rent their house to make these special memories.

Great location, several issues

The house was clean with enough room for our 13 family members and 2 dogs. Kitchen could use an extra large bowl and cookie sheets. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags for groups that size. The first day, one of our little dogs ate a joint butt she found in the yard. Dogs are very attracted to marijuana. It is also toxic to them and she spent 18 hours very very sick. We found another butt on the front deck. There was also a stash of 6 bags of cannibis candies in one upstairs bedroom nightstand. We had 5 small kids with us. So the yard did not feel safe for our dogs, and if the kids had found the stash it would’ve wrecked our vacay. I’m not anti-cannibis, but this was dangerous. Hot water is set way too high. There was no extra bedding for the sofa beds. We had to shift around bedding from other rooms, as we were using every bed available. Positives: loved the view and the bright rooms. Second kitchen was great. We made good use of the beach trolley and chairs. Easy access to beautiful beach. Loved the large dining table. This was our first stay at Lincoln Beach (we are usually up north) and we’d love to return. Our family is growing and we want our dogs safe, so probably not to the Pearl.

Fit a large family group nicely. Only big complaint was there were no blankets for the hid-a-bed sleepers or extra blankets in the bed rooms that we could find. Plenty of pillows though.

lincoln beach long weekend

pretty nice and convenient location for the central coast. The upstairs great room with kitchen, dining, and living room surrounded by large windows is awesome. The home was clean though some pots and pans were not (I think good quality non-stick pans would prevent this in the future). The downstairs kitchen is not stocked with any dishes, silverware, or cookware - this would be good to mention on description. One downstairs bathroom has a toilet set between two walls only as far apart as the toilet itself. We're not big people, but found that was simply not enough room. Besides the wi-fi password, there were not any instructions for the house, e.g. how to work the fireplace. There were not enough blankets or towels provided for five guests. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and having a grocery nearby that sold fresh local crab. Having a fenced yard is great for dog lovers. Overall a nice beach house/

This property is beautiful and the beds were comfortable and the tub upstairs was big enough to take a bath in! Very close to the beach and windows in the living room that you could see the ocean from.
