The Space:

Dharraani House is a beautifully renovated coastal home designed for relaxed stays with family or friends. Originally a classic 1960s beach house, it has been thoughtfully updated while keeping its easygoing coastal character and connection to the surrounding bush and beach.



The main house has two comfortable queen bedrooms, while the third bedroom is a separate sleepout with a single bed. The sleepout is accessed externally from near the back door of the main house, making it a great option for an older child, teenager or an additional guest who enjoys having their own space. The two bedrooms inside the main house have ceiling fans, while the sleepout has a column fan for summer and a heater for the cooler months.



The open living area is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating, books and board games for quieter evenings at home. During the cooler months, the wood fire adds to the relaxed atmosphere and makes the house equally appealing for winter escapes.



The spacious kitchen is well equipped for guests who enjoy cooking, with an induction cooktop, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, SodaStream and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. There are both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, so you can enjoy long breakfasts, relaxed lunches or evenings together after a day at the beach.



Outside, the home is surrounded by established native gardens and local birdlife. The front verandah is a lovely place to sit and unwind, while the outdoor dining areas and freestanding BBQ hut make entertaining easy. After a swim or surf, rinse off under the hot outdoor shower before settling in for the afternoon.



The property also includes Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer, off-street parking and ramp access to the main house from the parking area.

Once at the property, the beach is directly across the road, making it easy to leave the car behind and enjoy the immediate area on foot.



The surrounding Murramarang National Park also offers plenty of opportunities to explore the coastline and bushland.

-Bedroom 3 is a separate sleepout with external access.
