We stayed at this newly remodeled home for a college reunion/Drake Relays. It is very close to Drake’s campus and local restaurants. The photos on the website match exactly what you get! The beds were all VERY comfortable, the house was immaculate and it had all we needed. The owners were also very friendly and provided clear communications and fast responses to questions that popped up. If you are looking for a stay in Des Moines (especially for anything at Drake) you should book this rental. We plan to be back when we return for a future reunion!

This property is fantastic. It is very updated, with all the amenities you'd hope to have. The location is literally steps away from the Drake University campus and the Drake Diner. The furnishings and beds are super comfortable and convenient. And the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs! I seriously doubt you can find a better option!

This house is spotless and beautifully decorated! Every room has been fully redone and updated. The neighborhood is quiet with ample street parking right outside the house. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend and hope the house is available the next time we're in town

Great house next to Drake University

This beautiful house is a couple blocks from Drake University. There are many places to eat that are within walking distance. We did not rent a car and only needed transportation from the airport. It was a great place for our family to visit with our son who attends Drake. We would definitely rent this house again.
